Made an appointment. When I called to verify the time, was asked to move it up by a half hour because the stylist was behind. Not a problem. Arrived five minutes before appointment time. Stylist says it would be just a moment, after verifying I had an appointment. No problem, right? Thirty minutes later, she's done with the customer in her chair and then calls up the next one, who was a walk in. I made an appointment why? Yeah, left without a haircut! You can't expect a 5 star salon, it's SuperCuts. With that said, there is NOTHING else in this area. I live in South Vineland and there's a Hair Cuttery across Delsea but they make their own hours and close early alot (like 3 - 4pm). It's a one star joint. Never had a problem here other than the hours are short. Tough for people that work in the day (yes there are still some of us). Other than that, you got a couple people that been cutting a while - mixed in with a rookie here and there. All good. If this place wasnt here, I would have to pay up to $40 at a barber shop and wait over an hour for a cut. Im good with that. read more

I tried to get a quick clean up and trim today and the lady did not understand what I meant and gave me a haircut that makes me look like I'm a stupid cop. My regular barber goes on long vacations in the summer, some how I pay the price. This is the only place open on Monday so I said to myself, how bad can they be. The answer is real bad. Real real bad. I said leave it long and clean me up. I think they give everyone the same cut no matter what you say. You need to watch everything they do. What number trimmer they are using and ask them to tell you before they start cutting. I will not need another cut for 2 months. But I never minded paying for cuts every 3 to 4 weeks anyway. I think this was one of the worst cuts I have ever gotten. When I said 1/4 an inch they cut it so far that when I got it I didn't look like the same person. I grew my hair out for 4 and a half months to be disappointed by this. I am angry that this has to happen. That my head looks like a small beanie that used to fit you as a kid but not any more. And will never I mean never ever be going here again. And I would like to say I gave them a picture of what I would like and exact measurements for them to follow. They got the back and sides rights. All I needed was a quick 30sec buzz cut I was the only one left in the store to get a hair cut and the Girl HAD to go on break. Really Really you could not wait 30 more sec to go and take your break. This is the worst haircut in my whole entire life. This man was combing extremely curly and thick hair without using any water. He yanked out every knot so hard that he was pulling out hair. This is where I get my hair cut monthly. By no means is this stellar, but considering I have little hair, there is little to mess up. There is high turn over of the cutters. It's a rarity to see the same ones more than twice. They do a decent job of keeping my haired coiffed above the ears. Prices have recently jumped, making this less of a deal than it used to be. I also don't like that they expect my phone number to check in. You have to ask for assistance to bypass that. read more

second time in the last month that I have tried to come get a hair cut way before the time closed was posted. it's 12:00 right now, says they close at 3pm and girl just told me she was done for the day and can come back at 9am tomorrow. the time before it was 2pm and was told unless I had an appointment they weren't accepting anymore clients, the place was empty and the two girls were talking in the back, could have easily took 10 mins to cut my hair waiting on the "appointments" to show up. read more

Over the years I've had many different stylists here and they're pretty good. I pop in every few months to clean up my long layers and it's great that I don't need an appointment, wait time is minimal. I take a chance on whoever is available and I always watch how they're trimming my hair. That's the best way to avoid a horrible snip and a bad experience. Avoid this place. I've gone here from time to time through the years, but after today I won't be back. I did the online check-in today hoping to save some time since I had to pick up my son from school later in the afternoon. I generally will only use Mark since some I have watched the other stylists literally butcher men's haircuts. I get to the store and go to get in line to let them know I'm there, when I get cut in front of in line by by a woman who could best be described as Jabba the Hutt with her granddaughter who could best be described as a slightly larger and less attractive version of Jabba the Hutt. I think no big deal since I'm already checked in and was a little early. After waiting a bit for the stylist to finish up he goes and takes "little" Jabba. At that point I'm pissed since it was obvious I had signed in first, but online it does say you may have to wait within 15 minutes or so. So I ask him how long before he thinks he'd be ready for me and he replies, 15-20 minutes. I notice that he is starting a dye job on this girl, but I decide to trust him and wait but that was a mistake on my part since I soon found that was just his bullshit canned response. The best part is I shave my head short which takes 5-10 minutes tops. After about 30 minutes I notice he's no where near being finished as he shoots the shit with little Jabba. I ask if if he's near finished as I have a child to pick up and he says no unless I want to use one of the other stylists. The lady who's nearest to being finished with her customer was currently in the act of butchering the lines on the back of some poor kids neck, so needless to say, I declined. Looks like I'll have to choose from one of the multitude of other shitty hair cutlery's to get my shitty haircut from now on. read more
