Wow.... took my son to get his hair cut was told the wait was 5 min... not only did we wait 30 min 2 walking in came in after us and we're taken first. I'm was so pissed I just waited it out to see how many people would go before us. The customer service was not good at all. The girl who was at the front counter was eating something while talking to us most discussing thing I've seen all day. I mean come on when your talking to someone you should not be eating. It's rude. If your at the counter waiting it takes forever they just talk and talk and talk it's very annoying. Non of the people working here don't seem to be professional at all. First impressions really make a name for your self . Took me one time hee to know I'll never come back. There is a smell .. a very dirty smell like mold it's really making me feel sick. I am so upset! I brought my son for a haircut, simple boys haircut! And the freaking screw it up! Chunks of hair so uneven! It was noticeable as I was walking up to him. Hairline was t even done. Went here a few times before because there was a very nice girl named Kristen that cut my hair every time. A few days ago i went back and was told that they didnt have anyone by that name there so i decided to get my haircut anyway since i was already there. Big mistake. I got a chubby girl with an attitude that laughed when i asked her to just cut my split ends. She cut way too much and my hair had no shape what so ever. Yelp zero should be an option please consider as my rating is not correct. Supercuts has lost my business. That is not a small statement as with all the kids (Mine, nieces, nephews,etc) not to mention myself husband sisters.....plus all the product we purchase. Never again will I step into a Supercuts. Their so called "Manager" the one with the neck tatoo, literally told me to go set back down in the waiting room after I had an appointment & waited over 30 minutes for my name to be called. One stylist called my name as I'm going to sit towards the chair the so called rude, unprofessional called manager intervened to tell me to go sit back down. Now I don't know if this was discrimination or favoritism for another client or just that she felt the need to show people that she is a manager and can do whatever but I felt the presence of all 3 of those poor qualities. I asked to speak to a manager and she wanted it to be clear, she was the manager & that there was no one above her & she basically will run this branch however she wants, and that included us walking out without any service. We came in to get service, we made appointments yet we walked out being scolded like a child, told to go sit down like we are some peasants with no other choice in getting a haircut. Shame on Supercuts for appointing such lack of leadership people to roles that require some sort of skill in handeling a situation especially a situation that wouldn't even be there unless she didn't create the scene. read more

Friendly and social hair stylists. They aren't very good at blending hair and beards but they try. A little pricey if you throw in beard trim which is free at home. They even make sure kids have a say in the haircut. All the other Supercuts I've been to over the years rear you like a wig and no personality. This establishment is awful. We waited for 25 minutes and were told it would be 20 to get seated. When the name was called, a guy just walked in and took our seat. The woman cutting hair didn't even confirm the name and that was our spot! When we confronted them, they said "oh yeah you're next. But wait was that....(long pause). Oh no youre next." They knew they screwed up and we had to wait 15 more minutes. Spent over an hour for a simple kids haircut. Ridic!!! They didn't even apologize for their oversight. Haircut was below par as well. This place is ridiculous... Went in and had my hair cut asked for her to blow dry my hair... Her being Meredith the manager!!! With a cut and blow dry its supposed to be 25 dollars, then I added a hair serum $19.99 with 20 percent off!!! My bill was $51.00.... I asked about the bill and she stated it was considered a hair style because she used a round brush.. which was $18.00 more than the hair cut!!! She stated there's a sign by the register.. And I replied yes where I was not in view of. I then told her she should have told me that drying my hair would cost as Much as the damn hair cut!!!!! This salon needs a deep cleaning. It's super dirty. The blonde lady in the first booth nearest the register was very rude. I was sitting at the chair waiting for my 85 year old grandma. The chair next to it had been open. The blonde stylist walked up to the chair I was sitting at and moved it around while I was still in it and said rudely "excuse me...". I think she was trying to tell me she had a client and was now going to use the chair but was not certain how to ask politely. read more

Had a 3 pm appointment with Dao .I came in a few minutes before my appt and checked in with the front desk. My stylist was just finished cleaning. I told her I had a 3 pm appt and it was 3pm. I have been going to Jessica for years. I've followed here from several Supercuts because I trust no other with scissors near my hair! She does the exact look I'm going for every time and gives her input on it as well before getting the cutting on just TO MAKE SURE. Which is very important and like she always says "we can always take more off, not put more on" There has been times she knows better than I, what I really want! I mean she is the professional here Not only does she do a fantastic job with my hair, her personality is great! I love going and chatting w her while becoming a new women with my cut. Friendly service but everytime I went there was not happy with the cut. Over priced. Last time I went there, lady seemed busy talking to others there instead of cutting my hair, but every other time was nice. She asked if I like the way my side burns were, I said they are too long please shorten them a bit. She extremely cut them way way too short and fast without even putting much thought into what she was doing. I don't think the employees here understand how online check in works. I checked in for a 9:15 appointment and didn't get seen until 10:15. People who didn't check in all got to go before me. While giving other people haircuts they stopped to chat and show pictures on their phones all while there was a line of people waiting. One of the women that were waiting with me had come back because her haircut needed to be fixed. This place seemed unprofessional and inexperienced in giving haircuts. This Supercuts has not been updated and it has ugly yellow and purple decor colors. Definite not an inviting motif!! Store manager should ensure that this high traffic Supercuts is clean !!!! Got there at 4 pm as a walk-in and was told there were 2 people in front of us. When we first walked in there was 4 ladies cutting hair then everyone went in back and only 1 lady was cutting hair. Waited for 25 mins and still no one acknowledged us. Then 3 people with appointments walked in and got helped before we did and we had been there for 30 mins waiting. Because people with appointments were being helped before walk-in people. So apparently walk-ins are not welcomed. Worst experience ever and probably never going back. I took my brother here for a simple haircut. I figured it'd be a bit busy because school starts tomorrow so we asked for an approximate wait time. We were told 15 minutes, yay. Then we wait, and wait, and wait some more. Everybody is taken ahead of us, then some with an appointment come in and they go through (I understand that). But the entire time we are sitting there it's like they purposefully avoided eye contact and never once updated us on anything so we had no idea if we were next or if the wait time was extended. So for 35-40 min we are ignored, even after one lady is finished with her client and sweeps up the hair in slow motion then proceeds to stand at the register a few minutes without acknowledging us. FINALLY they take him and spend 3.5 min cutting the sides of his hair and BOOM there goes $17 and they weren't even professional or polite when ringing us up. I still gave 2 stars because his hair looked decent so there's the silver lining. Overall, some acknowledgement and an occasional update when your wait times are more than double what you tell the customer would go a long way. Andrea listened to what my daughter wanted (to trim off her dead ends but not lose any length), and even gave us advice on how to maintain the health of her hair as my daughter grows it out for Locks for Love. I have a fear of being stared at, and, as I was as one of the only customers in the store-- I WAS watched by an employee with nothing to do.This rattled me of course, but the lady cutting my hair seemed extremely comfortable with herself and that helped immensely. Despite my mullet coming in I left with an excellent re-shaped hair-style and nothing done I would later regret, despite my initial doubts and very short hair. Definitely coming back.
