This salon lied and told me that they do have a master colorist and an experienced hairstylist. The hairstylist I got was a very young lady who only had 2 years of experience of being a hairstylist and who did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not wash my hair, properly (after putting the color on me), but then she also did not even colored all of my roots (as I had specified in my initial phone call with the salon). I had mentioned all of my concerns to this front desk lady, who was smirking and giggling silently. Nobody was concerned enough to talk to me as a paying customer and it was very obvious that they only care about getting money. The owner of the place did not talk to me, at all.
