My go to spot for haircuts since 2023. I'm always growing my hair out and trying different cuts and styles. I've tried the higher end salons for coloring and cuts but have become a loyal customer to this Supercuts location because Russ always makes me look and feel pretty it's a laid back location with great employees, I have had a couple of cuts/ trims not done by Russ and the result is still exactly what I asked for. I left this place a bit sad today - and not because of the haircut I received. Woman walked in, stated that she had cancer and asked to have her head shaved. Manager proceeded to say, "There's one customer before you, so have a seat". So she sat. Along with her family - a solemn trio. I told her she was brave - and asked if I could pay for her cut, too. Perhaps this salon does cancer cuts all the time. But Mr. Manager - she deserved a bit more interest in her mention, a show of kindness and a little humanity. And I'd hope you'd encourage employees to do the same. As your other associate said nothing warm, either. I won't be returning. Lots of other places that might offer more grace. read more

I have been to Dawn before and she did a great job last time with a small trim, but when I came in today and told her I wanted to cut off about 8 inches she was excited to help me. This is the second time coming here last time I waited almost two hours for a haircut I was in desperate need that was in January with only 2 people ahead of me. I got a haircut basically just cleaned up the sides fine. February was a big mistake all I can say is don't go to JP horrible butchered my hair I didn't notice until I went out in the daylight how F'd up he left my hair! I still left him an 11.00 tip so basically all in all 40.00 for a butchered uneven cut! DONT GO HERE! Don't go to JP! read more

You know what, I get it, these chain places are pretty hit-or-miss. Of course they are. But I tend to pop into this one as I roll into town for a long (hot) weekend, and generally I'm ready to trim my hair short for the pool days. But I've never had a bad experience here; they're faster than many places, friendlier than many places, just efficient and in-and-out exactly what you'd want it to be. No complaints whatsoever. I called in ahead they had availability. All the stylists seemed happy & friendly. I witnessed customers getting the best service. I sat in the seat of a women named Dawn. First impression was she was quiet, mind you the customer who sat in that same chair before me got lots of conversation & a welcoming greeting. I sit down the cape goes on. No neck protection with the tissue. She touches my hair goes what would you like I explained what I wanted. She began brushing my dry hair with a comb very aggressively. Dawns face showed frustration. I continued to sit. She went all around my head with this comb so aggressively it was making a sound on my head. I smiled & mentioned she was going too hard on my head and politely asked she please be gentle the comb was hurting my head. She said "oh sorry" in a very passive aggressive manner. The rest of my hair cut remained exactly like that. She continued to be aggressive with this damn comb repeatedly hitting my scalp with force every single time she had to comb my hair. Everytime she touched my hair she grabbed it as if she was picking up gum from the floor. With two fingers. My hair is & was clean. I had washed it the evening before & didn't put in any product as I was hoping to get a trim the next day. I don't understand the reasoning behind the aggression as I was kind the entire appointment even after mentioning she was hurting me. I am so disappointed & disgusted with the service I received today. I will not be coming back to this location. Thank you Dawn for causing my scalp to pulse after my appointment. read more

Visited this salon again and I was amazed with how my hair looked!! JP did incredible work. Incredible hair cut, conditioning treatment ( totally worth it!!! ) and blow dry. I even added an eyebrow wax. I was so grateful!! Totally worth it!! read more

My husband and I have been going there a few times but each time we try someone new as he does not like to make a appointment . They do take walking though. The lady at the counter is very kind but distracted by her phone waited a few minutes until she was done with her texting until she was able to check us out . Customer services is best to take care of the customers that are right in front of you . Every stylist that has cut my husbands hair have been great . We will be back ! read more

Been here twice! For a cheapo Supercuts place they really bring it! Relaxed and friendly haircuts. I really can't complain. Was just there yesterday and I was literally in and out in 30 min (although my timing was very lucky). The new girl there was friendly and to the point. I appreciate that. JP is the best. I have gone to fancy salons but JP does as or better a job. You have to to make an appt first thing in the morning to get him because he gets booked up within 1 hr or less. read more

Been a supercuts customer for years, but to suddenly up the rate for a male haircut $4 is ridiculously high.

JP did a really good job on cutting my hair. Got a short pixie cut and really like how it came out.

Today was one for the record books. Eventhough a shooting occurred just a half a block away seconds after I entered the shop. Everyone displayed calm professionalism. My stylist still took the time to listen to my needs. Then because of all the activity down the block she made sure I could see out the window while she cut my hair. So glad SuperCuts finally opened a shop in PS. Definitely going back for my next haircut. read more
