The first time I went here I was really disappointed in my haircut. I needed to clean it up with my own trimmers when I got home and even then it wasn't good. Out of desperation I went back here and it was better than I had the first time. The 3rd time I got seen by Amanda working there and she is phenomenal, personable, and I 100% trust her to cut my hair and style it however she thinks is best! I tried being generous about my haircut, but this is truly the most I've regret getting it cut. I'd been growing it out for a few years, so I wanted to get it evened out and trimmed up about 2 inches. He cut my hair a straight line below my neck, leaving it completely uneven (very short at the bottom, still full length up top). He thinned it out when I asked, but my hair was truly wrecked by this. I was devastated that the only way to fix this was to go shorter, after I'd been growing it out. I regret not turning around after walking through the door. read more

My boyfriend started a consulting job where he needs a haircut more regularly than normal so he started going here but I had to tell him to stop because it looks so bad. I asked him how anyone could mess up such a simple man's cut and he said simply because the women just doesn't care. After hearing all the things, I decided to go just for a wash and dry because I messed up my finger ice hiking and haven't been able to take care of it, after spending 20min on the bus and 10mins walking there after 5 she turned me away because with the new hours she wasn't taking any more clients when she closes at 6 (even though the hours listed on the internet are 7). Only one worker at all times. Consistently doing a multi hour dye/bleach job. Can't even get in for a haircut. Don't waste your time. Don't even drive over to check. I've tried 3 times 3 different days. Save time and go somewhere else that can staff their store. The one worker is a nice lady however. Just operated very unintelligently as a business. read more

Really kind employees but their work is terrible. I walked out of the salon with the front of my hair cut 3 inches shorter than the back. Both sides in the front were very uneven as well. I said i wanted it tapered so i didnt look like dora the explorer and came out w a really ugly blunt cut. I didnt notice it until I got home and im very frustrated. They also make u pay extra to get your hair washed?? Every salon I've gone to includes that in the service. These people need more training I would have gotten a better haircut from a toddler. read more

What a waste of our time. We came in at 4 and were told to come back at 5:30, and they would fit us in. So we drove back and forth across town only to be told they couldn't fit us in. The hair stylist was kind and friendly. However, she gave my son an absolutely horrible hair cut. I am not picky about this sort of thing but it's extremely uneven. The blending is non existent even though I asked her to fix it while we were still there. You can see "track" marks from the clippers and the top is choppy. Went in for a haircut. There was one woman alone there doing haircuts. She seemed friendly and good with kids. Another employee came in with a bad attitude, treated her coworker like scum, looked at me and the man in the lobby and blatantly asked me and the guy in the lobby what we wanted. I think her name was Kayla. My husband and I have a business here in Pullman, if I ever found out about an employee treating another employee so badly or coming into work and acting unprofessionally like coming in with a bad attitude towards co workers and customers they'd get fired. It's such a turn off for business to have somebody with an attitude problem come in. If you're having a bad day, have it... But leave it at the door. Surely I hope I never get her. She's one of the worst hair stylists I've ever seen there. Pretty disappointing. Lia was amazing. She was helpful and friendly. She made sure to fix what she thought was wrong. I really liked her, I gave the bad rating because of the Kayla girl. Don't act like an ass to co workers and customers. You know you're coming in to work with people and deal with the public, why act so unprofessional? Been here a couple of times, have had a couple of decent haircuts, and I've also gotten the worst haircut ever here. The woman didn't even wet my hair, she just buzzed my sides and quickly took some blending scissors to the top (it hurt!) she didn't offer to even try styling it. Charged me nearly $20 and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. When I got to the car and had a chance to get a good look at what she did I was pissed, I literally drove straight home and quickly ran inside, It was so bad I was embarrassed to even be seen by anyone. My hair was cut super uneven, and I had random long hairs sticking out that she had just somehow completely missed. Needless to say I haven't been back. Because of this place, I'll be wearing a wig at my wedding. I needed to get my hair dyed for my wedding two weeks from now. I work crappy hours and everything in the area was booked up, so this was really the best option for me. I really should have just done my hair at home with box dye, but I didn't want to take any chances- it's my wedding after all. Well, now I have orange super damaged hair. I don't know what this girl did to my hair! She slapped on some stuff and never once checked on how it was lifting. After the buzzer went off she rinsed and I saw that my hair was orange. She tried twice to tone it, but to no avail- it's especially orange at the roots. She said she had to close after that and just left me with this mess. I took what meager leave I have left at work and drove to Spokane to a real salon the next day. They tried to tone it, but my hair is so damaged it wouldn't pick up any color. So now I'm $300 in the hood between the salon visit and a decent wig I had to buy. I wish I could sue them. Never, ever go here!!! read more

I've been going to this salon now for over 6 months. The people are great, my cuts are always good. I love the last cut and color.

Second time going, definitely the last. I have a very simple haircut but it has consistently come out very patchy; it looks like I got attacked by clippers (both times). I had to try to blend the patches with my beard trimmer which probably made it worse. The price is low but this is reflected in the quality. read more
