I wanted a wolf cut with frosted tips, what I got was so atrocious my new stylist has recommended small claims court. I paid $250 + $50 tip because I was almost made to be late to work after telling her repeatedly that I needed to be done by 4 that I didn't get to check it, AND she told me to come back so she could "fix" it for free. After checking it at work, I cried for 20 min. It is that bad. So I told the stylist I wanted someone else to fix it. Apparently, being honest with your bad experiences will cause the owner to crash-out, send you patronizing emails about "expectations" and "disrespectful" language when no one was called the names I had rattling around in my head, in addition to telling you, "I hope you have the day you deserve" and banning you from the store. Oh, and the stylists will spend the entire time complaining about their personal problems to you like you're there to "fix" them when the reality is you're trapped in a chair while they lament how hard their lives are and out of politeness, you'll just smile and nod. Feel free to visit, but they'll take your money even when they know they goofed.

I saw Robin who was nice and gave me tips as she went along to maintain my hair. The rates are pretty standard. If you're going to get a wax though I would hands-down recommend Stacy. This was probably the least painful brazilian I have experienced and it was pretty quick. I hadn't had one for over 6 months so the roots were pretty thick and it was still less painful. For the wax you're in a private room with a pretty nice atmosphere. Stacy is easy to talk to and makes it go fast. Definitely recommend it.

I've always been picky about stylists cutting off too much, but she truly listened to what I wanted and trimmed my hair, adding in a couple of layers. She gave me what I asked for initially with the first color, but I pressed her due to my tight schedule and I didn't have time to put in more blonde (to which she gave me her card and encouraged me to come back to do so). Usually I feel awkward or bad asking, but she made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door. So the same day I called her back and she was more than happy to add in more blonde for me. I told her that was not my fault, you posted a certain amount in print and they need to honor that price. I told her that was very close to a 'bait and switch' scheme with is a crime. She said it begins at that price, ( a lie) more hair, more expensive. My hair is a little past my chin not enough to warrant another $54 dollars. Then she tried putting on a guilt trip by asking me 'Don't you think your stylist time is worth the the price? I didn't entertain that question but kept trying to get the conversation back to the price on the website. She began to see I was not going to pay that amount so she said what would you be willing to pay? I couldn't remember for sure that the price quoted on the website didn't say 'starting as' so I told her I would be willing to pay $80 maybe $90 plus a tip for the stylist. She of course took the $90 and a $10 tip. We went back and forth for 20 minutes, something I've never done before. This was wrong!! She lied to my face and tried to make me out as the bad guy when she is cheating and lying. When I got back home and looked again at the website, It did indeed say FULL not starting at.
