Shame on me for not reading the bad reviews about this business beforehand. I was a repeat customer (up until tonight). I usually don't like leaving bad reviews about a business but this business certainly deserves one. I made an online appt. for 5:40 pm. I even made sure to leave a few minutes earlier than usual because the weather was bad. I ran into some unexpected traffic (and some parking trouble) which contributed to me arriving three minutes late for my appointment. The person working the register (I assume she was the same person who was going to cut my hair) proceeded to tell me that they close at 6 pm and she can't take my appointment. Not only did she forego a decent tip but (permanently) lost a (repeat) customer because of the rigid punctuality requirements. BTW, the door to your business says you close at 7 pm. You may want to update that to reflect you actual business hours. My hair is short and takes 5-10 minutes to cut. I drove a half hour each way just to be turned away at the door because I was three minutes late. I do not and will not recommend this business to anyone. They may think they are the only game in town but obviously they are not. I would suggest trying the many other alternatives in the area who value their customers and treat them with respect. read more

I took a chance and ran in a little after nine. Best decision I've made in ages. BethAnne couldn't have been nicer and it's the best haircut I've had in a long time. I tried to do walk-in this morning on Sunday around 10am, and was told they didn't have any availability but I could make an appointment for later in the day, for 2pm. I understand that most places are short staffed and are still suffering from COVID, so I agreed to the appointment at 2pm. When I came back for my scheduled appointment, I was told that all available stylists (2 of them) were busy and I would still have to wait. I don't know how long the wait would have been because I ended up walking out after 15 minutes. If I had to wait for a haircut, I should have just stayed and waited this morning. Ok so I had a bad experience the first time yet I still went back. 3 out of 4 times now I have been very frustrated with this place. I am officially not going again! The first time I made an appointment, I still had to wait 30 minutes and the cut was not anything great. I never went back for myself, but I brought my two sons there. Today I was a walk in and was told it would be a 30 min wait. It was almost 45 minutes later and somebody walked in with an appointment and they stated they had to take him first according to policy. So the other customer kindly let me go ahead of him or I would have been there much longer than an hour waiting for my 6 year old to get a cut. I ended up paying for the kind man who let me go ahead of him out of curtesy and 'paying it forward'. The cuts are decent for boys but their policy has to change!!! They should either do appointment only or walk in only. It's not fair to have to wait when you have an appointment. It's not fair to wait the told time it would be for a cut then be shoved back by an appointment. read more

A haircut that usually takes 10 minutes took over an hour. The lady who cut my hair was clearly new and had no idea how to do what I wanted. After she clearly gave up with what she was doing the other lady working with her went over my hair again and it was still messed up. Never returning. read more

Supercuts is supposed to be first-come first-serve. Two of us showed up at this Supercuts fifteem minutes before opening. We waited until 9AM sharp when the opened, and discovered that they we had to wait for serveral haircuts from people who had cut the line. One called in for a "same day" appointment. The other was a "regular" and had priority. What is the point of showing up early when you are treated like second class citizens? I asked for a phone number for the owner (Tom) and was told that he would not take calls from customers. I was told to just leave a voicemail at the store. Tom, the last time I was in, I wished you good luck with your new store, and thanked you for bringing Supercuts back to Queensbury. I'm pretty disappointed. I have been a customer of Supercuts for a while now. I had made an appointment with a stylist of my choice for today at 11. I was then told that I can no longer be seen today because they have another color coming in. Instead of making accommodations, they just cancel. This was out of my stylist hands, it was in the hands of the assistant manager. Stylist apologized but assistant manager said I was still unable to be seen. Very disappointed read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, the haircut took almost an hour and it took three hair dressers do do a simple fade, I also showed them the haircut I wanted and they couldn't get that right either! I went to your shop on 9/9/16 and was told it would be about 15 minutes for a cut ok that's fine, then a customer walks in and wants a beard trim he was told that it would be about 20 minutes because I was first he said ok that is fine then the man stylist had just finished his cut asked the female stylist how much longer she would be and she said about 5 minutes so the man stylist came to me and said its going be about 5 more minutes until the female stylist is finished and she would cut my hair and he was going take the beard trim in front of me at this point i was really pissed and told them to forget the cut I will go some ware else and that is what i did so you can forget about me coming back to your shop , I think the man stylist said he was the manager of the Latham store sure hope he don't run that store like this. read more
