It was hard to find a convenient time to stop by so I ended up having to make a special trip but I was happy I finally got in there. An appointment seems to be essential. Absolutely ridiculous. Some lady in a black jacket and brown hair told me that the next appointment available was 2:30pm. I go on the website and get an appointment right away for 12:50pm. As a result, I go to the front desk and ask why I was told 2:30pm when there's an opening for 12:50pm. Lady gives me a disgusting attitude and says "Someone will meet with you when they can". Ironically she just finished someone's haircut and WAS OPEN and guess what time it is? Yeah it's 12:50pm with no one waiting but me. AMAZING SERVICE. I've been to quite a bit of Supercuts and I can honestly say this is one of the most poorly managed Supercuts I've ever been too. Shameless. Let me start by saying that I am giving 1- Star because I cannot give "0". This is the third time that I have been to this location to get a hair cut, the first I was turned away because I did not have an appointment or the app to check-in online. A few months later I went back and was seen (After loading the app and making an appointment online). Then this weekend I went in after checking the app and online seeing that there was no wait. When I arrived another individual walked in just ahead of me. There was no one in the any of the chairs getting their hair cut and two stylists in the shop. The person at the desk asked if we had appointments and we said no to which she answered then there is no way they could fit us in because they were too busy. However they could schedule us an appointment for next week. I made the comment "I guess I'd just go somewhere else in that case" (I did not mean it to be a "harsh" statement just expressing my frustration), and the person at the desk came back with a very snarky "Well I guess you just better and that is fine with us!" to which the other customer and I shared a laugh and both stated that this would be the last time that we every try this shop. read more

They took a razor and shaved the side of his head on one side only!!!then on the other side just gave a light trim so it's not even matched. This store is the worst store ever total lack of customer service total lack of skills of the hairdressers. We brought my two sons in for haircuts, and both of their heads were horrible. Had to go to other place to get it fixed. With the online system not working, you have to walk in and because the owner does not hire enough people and they don't pick up the phone. I tried to call 12 times in a row. I have walked in there four days in a row and they had no availabilities and the people I talk to never said sorry or let me check a different date for you or anything. in a nutshell they don't care about you, so I would never go to this store again and In my opinion it should be closed or at least the franchise should remove the owner and the staff. read more

My husband has gone twice to get a haircut here and been turned away both times. The first time at 6:20 with only one person to finish up and the second time at 5:20 with two people there (one already started). They close at 7pm. Both times the stylist stated there is no way she could fit him in and was "too busy". Even if she took 30 min per men's cut, there should still have been time. Slots are supposed to be 15 min each. Very poor customer service. Will not return, do not recommend! read more

The shop is great new, clean and the staff is always pleasant and very attentive to all customers. The location is great for this new and upcoming are call Cane Bay. Renee is great with my toddler! He has always had issues getting his hair cut especially around the ears. He got to be very hit or miss at how he would react with haircuts....but Renee has cut his hair 3 times now and he is always smiling in her chair.
