This was my first time ever at Supercuts and I was so pleasantly surprised. I was greeted professionally by Stephanie, who took me on time. She gave me a great consultation, giving me her input and listening intently on what I had to say. She cut my hair beautifully, styled it and I could not have been happier. Stephanie use those scissors to create exactly what I wanted and I couldn't been more pleased. I will be going back to Stephanie on a regular basis to get my haircut. It was very busy when we came in. I take that as a good sign. My son and I were in the area and needed our hair styled for an event. Stephanie did a great job on my son's hair. He has thick giant curls and it's difficult to cut properly. She made sure he was happy and gave him some tips on how to style it in the future. I got a blow out and style. I frequented this place for a year; which seems insane considering I'm giving them a 1-star review. I just couldn't find a barbershop I was comfortable with, and so like a reliable old mistress I kept crawling back to Supercuts. The problem is that the mistress gave me progressively worse haircuts and treated me more like an inconvenience than a paying customer. I just realized that using "mistress" as a metaphor is in incredibly poor taste. You know what else is in poor taste? Bad haircuts. Boom. The last straw came when I was given a 5 minute haircut that resulted in me totally conducting strict commerce in the front and having a jovial social get-together in the back. I wasn't even asked if the haircut looked okay. I wasn't given a hot towel refresher (the place wasn't busy!), I was whisked away from the chair, only to head home in shame where my wife berated me for allowing myself to be seen in public with such a cut (and also something about forgetting milk and paying the cable bill, all beside the point). It also didn't help that Supercuts was restocking and doing inventory at the time. Not a big deal, but when an employee bumped into me, I said "excuse me" because my parents raised me right and didn't hold a socially debilitating grudge against me. The employee sneered, I swear, an actual sneer, and acted like I was in the way (I was trying to pay for my mullet!). Don't get me wrong, I did get haircuts here that were acceptable, adequate, and tolerable. I just don't think a unisex hair salon is the best place for a man to get a cut, and without quality service there's definitely no need to get it cut here. read more

A chain unisex barbershop/saloon that rushes through the haircut. I've been here 3 times but do not plan on returning. What attracted me to this place was it's business hours for which it is suppose to be open until 9:00pm. There are several stylists who work here, none of which gave me a memorable experience. Of the three times I've been here I've had one good hair cut. My second trip here, they closed early and the stylist who closed the shop hid when I knocked on the glass door. My last trip, the haircut I received was atrocious, uneven on the sides and far from what I asked for. I would not recommend this place. read more

I made an appointment for a 12:15 wash and cut. The traffic going there was very heavy and I was busy watching the other vehicles and missed the driveway . So I drove down where I could turn around to get back. I got to supercuts not quite ten minutes late. I walk in and tbe ditzy receptionist is talking to another client who was already done. She was telling her all about some stupid recipe she made for Mac and cheese. This went on forever. Then the clients credit card timed out and she had to do the transaction all over again while still going on about another recipe. I stood there close to five minutes The receptionist never once said to the other woman that she needed to check me in. I was totally ignored. Finally the other woman leaves and I get checked in. I sit for a few minutes and the girl who was to do my hair starts taking me to her chair. I told her I was to get a wash and cut. She looks at me and takes me to the sink where she starts giving me a hard time. She said I was 15 minutes late ( again no I wasn't) and she didn't know how she could wash and cut my hair. I told her if it's better I'll come back later. I remade the appointment for 3pm that afternoon. When I left it wasn't even 12:30 yet. So i definitely was not 15 minutes late. I called another much better salon and had my hair done there. Then called and canceled the 3pm at supercuts. Between the ditzy ignorant receptionist and rude hairdresser I will never go back. read more

I like getting my hair cut from this place. I particular like Tina, she's takes the extra minutes to understand wants you want and is very friendly. Giving my age, I'm little hesitant about getting my hair cut but I am confident that Tina will do a good job. read more

They do a great job on my son. They do a poor job on me because they refuse to cut my hair "short" when asked to. I don't understand. Do they think they're being clever and getting me to come back sooner? I shouldn't have to ask eight times during one haircut to keep cutting it shorter. I had one lady do my haircut today. This is the roughest haircut service I had. The lady was rushing and seemed so stressed to get you done. So far I went on the safe side on the haircut. Jessica gave me the best haircut of my life. Seriously, she was meticulous and did all the little things that makes it a great haircut, besides just cutting the hair. From the massaging wash to buzzing of annoying hair growing out of my ears these days, the hot towel at the end and a smile that makes you smile, she really cared about 'her work'. Great salon. I almost gave up on SuperCuts after several bad experiences at the now closed location on CR537. I decided to give this location a shot. I work odd shifts so it's hard for me to schedule appointments at salons the traditional way. I like the fact that I can schedule ahead for a same day visit on the supercuts app. I've received many compliments on my color and style. Most of the time you will have to wait, so I recommend checking the "peak hours" data graph available in Google Maps before planning a trip. Update 5/24: when I walked in it was busy. I don't mind waiting, but woman who greeted me was on the phone and said she couldn't put in the computer right now. When she finished her phone conversation she went back to her customer and forgot about me. Another employee eventually got me logged in and apologized for the mixup. -1 read more

Called 1 1/2 to make an appointment with Gia once I got there 10 minutes early of my 4:30 appointment and she was dyeing someone else and had me wait 20 minutes finally I went up to her to ask how much longer.
