I keep my hair cut short, and so it's a little harder to cut, I think. I'm not particularly picky about my haircut, and frequently do them myself. , been there multiple times, got a different stylist this time, I believe it was Jenna. Asked for a trim 3/4 to 1 inch off. She cut it so short. I had natural curls, not any more she chopped them all off. Length was supposed to be at shoulder in the back. There is no hair near the shoulder. I said twice, "you're not cutting it too short right"? At the end she asked what I thought I told her it is a lot shorter then I wanted. "Oh,sorry" I went from curls and waves to a boys haircut. Just an advice if you the hairdresser is not comfortable with the hair cut asked please say no to the customer I been in tears since I got my last hair cut there I asked for one thing and got something way different and my hair is all chopped like it was cut with a butter knife (only solution is shaving my hair. I been there other times to get hair cuts and love it but this time is awful. read more

I gave this place a chance a few years back right after they opened. Nope. Tried twice again recently. Nope. Instead of a super cut I got a couple of super chops. The last chop was rushed, careless, and uneven. Great personalities, but no skill. If you don't care about your appearance, they're okay. But your appearance is important to you, stay away from here. read more

Gave my grandmother the worst haircut and then charged her extra to "blow dry" her hair using some lazy plastic hand brush moving her hair in all the wrong directions. If your going to charge extra for a blowout at least use the appropriate tools. The "stylist" started blow drying and I said no but she said she ok'd it with my grandmother...yes the elderly woman that can't hear very well. Maybe you should confirm with your client a little better. Her hair was still wet when we left. We won't be visiting this salon again. read more

It is my fault that I went to Super Cuts thinking that they had low prices. I'm not even sure where I formed this opinion. But I was verrrry wrong. I had washed my hair before going in, so I didn't have that service. I asked for a cut and blow dry. The cut took 10 minutes, the drying about 15. And the charge was $53.95 !!!!! read more

Totally my fault for coming here instead of a reputable salon, but it was the cheapest option around. I came in to get my hair cut into a shoulder-length lob with choppy layers. I've had this cut done here before here and it turned out perfectly (I usually go to Mikayla), however she wasn't in. A bigger girl with long, straight black hair (who did not tell me her name) took me into her chair, we discussed the length and layers, and she got to work. She started out fine, but sometime during the layering process she messed up. Then she turned me to the side and tried to fix it. And made it worse. I look like f***ing Hillary Clinton, and my hair is so short I can't even put it into a low ponytail. DO NOT go here if you're looking for a quick, cheap cut. You get what you pay for and it's going to take me months to grow this disaster out. I understand this was an accident, but the stylist should have had plenty of experience with layering prior to taking this job. read more

I saw jen. Had my hair "trimmed" and colored. Jen was nice but she didnt listen to what i wanted for a cut. She chopped the hell outta my hair. Its completely uneven and choppy looking. I went back so she could fix it but she nor the other stylist could figure it out. She said it was a misunderstanding. I didn't want to hurt her feelings but i will never go there again. I wasted $70 and completely regret doing anything to my hair... Walked in greeted right away by a stylist. Took my name and walked me over to her station, where I was instructed to go to sink for my wash. Was I surprised by the comfort of the chair and mini-massage while being washed! Back to her station an told her how I had been to another local walk-in and wasn't happy with my cut. She listened an asked me along the way was it what I wanted before she did the cut. That to me is an experienced stylist, will for sure be back again! read more

I have been going there since they opened in Webster. Have had different stylists, great conversations and wonderful experiences. I would definitely recommend. They are almost always busy but have always been able to get them to take me within a couple of days. Obviously a full color/ foil is going to take longer than a quick cut. I like the convenience of not having to schedule weeks in advance. I am always more than satisfied with the cuts and colors. Meg and Sam handled the busy shop with professional attitudes last night. read more

I have been getting my hair done here since it opened. I tend to follow trends, and they always know how to replicate the latest fashions. I always ask for Erin or Meg. They both have really gotten to know my hair, and make me look awesome! My daughter (8) also gets the bottom of her hair colored here every summer and then, a back-to-school haircut. Wish I went somewhere else, thought I would give this place a try. The two women working didn't seem to care about being there. I had my hair washed and cut. The cut was very rushed and mediocre. She didn't really dry my hair after the wash with a towel and I assumed she would blow dry my hair after the cut. I assumed wrong and I left with literally dripping wet hair. Great salon! Call ahead to decrease wait time. They only do call aheads the day of. There is a TV that shows who is next in line. I have seen most of the girls there and it is very consistent. They do all ages so I can bring my children in while I get my haircut. read more

I will never go back to this salon! I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the manager because their stylist undercharged my on my last Vist. Then the stylist that did my hair changed the color she used and didn't mention it until she was done.
