This store used to have amazing inventory but in recent times it's not been as exciting. Most of the style seems stale and been there for a while. Still a delightful store for Superdry fans like me. Their products are colorful, made with excellent quality, and last a long time. I have multiple jackets that I have been using for over 4 years now. Other than clothes the store has bags, socks and daily use goods. Discounts are not so outstanding but you get a better deal than their website or retail store. Not open when they say they are going to be... a sign saying it taking out the trash and back in 10 min is not true. Very frustrating.

Great customer service, great product. A little pricier than previous years but what isn't?

I walked and there was 3 associates all without masks on and huddled together watching a video on their phone. No greeting, no help, nothing. It's pretty sad to see brick and mortar stores decline in sales but this is the reason why. I saw one customer walk out and said thank you to which the associates didn't even look up. I hope their manager spends time with them to educate and train. read more

Love this Superdry location in Woodbury outlets as I always find inexpensive items that seem to be a bit over my budget at the regular locations in the city! Stopped by on the way back to NYC from Vermont and was able to find parking relatively quick around 2pm. Not too packed and everything was organised so my friends and I didn't have trouble looking for what we wanted. We picked up mostly jackets that were on sale and for two jackets, my total came to only $110! Stop by when you need to go on a shopping spree without breaking the bank! so worth it! read more

This is the second time in 4 months, I drive all the way here for its advertised 10am opening and the doors are LOCKED; meanwhile there are visible associates inside blasting music, folding clothes, and on their cellphones! When I call to inquire about the store hours, they claim it's due to "staffing issues", yet you can see associates inside the store who are more then capable! It's COLD outside, standing here because an employee randomly decides to open an hour later is unacceptable! Need to find another place to shop for hoodies read more

I have never heard of Superdry before my siblings wanted to go to the store. Okay, sure. $20 dresses (originally $80)! $30 really insanely warm sweatshirts! $60 coats?! What magical place is THIS? I went a little nuts shopping here but it was all so worth it for the quality! I think my credit card melted afterwards. The staff really just left you alone because they were busy trying to clean up. Seriously, shoppers, please put products back!! Don't leave the place looking like a garbage dump, which this place looked like when I walked in. Piles of clothes every where. The changing rooms were no better. I really felt for the employees. However, when I did talk to them, they were really friendly and just seemed tired. I would definitely return especially for these deals! read more

I didn't know that superdry had an outlet. It looks like this was a new addition to this outlet mall since I came here last year. The location is kind of secluded from the rest of the stores, and it's at the tail end of the marigold section close to Columbia Sportswear. I just followed the trail of orange bags to get to the store. This store had a mixture of regular price items mostly the jackets which you can find in the regular stores and some items on sale which were about 40% off. There were some current season items on sale as well. I thought they would have additional promotions going on since it was holiday season shopping time, but they only had a deal for 50% off mens denim. Which I thought was not fair since all the woman's things were not additionally discounted. The staff there were a little too casual for me. I know you work in a casual store, but you are still working in retail. There should still be some sense of customer service, and not greet people with "Yo, what's man, welcome to the store." I hope this store gets better as time goes by, but in the mean time, it's just ok. read more

SuperDry outlet store in Woodbury sucks in customer service. You could be dying and they still won't pay attention.. avoid this place

Super Dry jackets are already pretty cheap and with the additional mark down and coupons, it gets even cheaper. They have a variety of windbreaker jackets that are very similar to The North Face. I kinda like Super Dry more than the North Face because it's basically made from the same material and it's a whole lot cheaper. I also like how Super Dry jackets fit. It feels more fitted rather than loose and baggy like some North Face jackets. The only bad part about this Super Dry outlet are their size selection. A majority of their jackets are XL and up. I only saw one jacket in a medium which I bought and a few in large. The staff here is kinda ditsy. They don't know much about their product, inventory, and they're horrible at customer service. They're too busy chatting it up with each other and with friends that visit them. Reason for 4 stars is the price. It's low and if you print out coupons from Woodbury's website, you can get additional 20% off on regular priced item and if you use the coupon from the Woodbury coupon book, you can get 10% off your entire purchase. Coupons cannot be combined. read more

Worst service by far of any of the stores at Woodbury Commons. Sales Associates did not acknowledge customers, did not make eye contact even at the register. I spent 10 min just looking for a size with no help offered and 4 - 5 staff members on the floor. Staff was too busy talking to each other and wrestling by the entrance of the store while one male associate called a female associate a whore in front of the whole store. read more
