She asked a number of questions some of which I couldn't answer (question-what kind of pump? My answer "black"). Not once was I made to feel silly because I didn't know the answers. The appointment was made quickly, I was surprised that it would be the next day. Lou arrived promptly and was easy to speak with. He addressed the pump issue, checked the pressure in my well tank, fixed leaking gas lines and fixed my sump pump. The cost was in the range I expected. His communication skills are excellent and the quality of his work is excellent as well. He goes above and beyond what's expected and needed. Even though my brother is developmentally disabled, he's able to live independently with help from me. This is quite a task since I live 2600 miles away from him. My brother recently had a flood in his kitchen from a broken dishwasher that leaked into the condo downstairs from him. I called John Uken (JP Contracting) to fix the damaged cabinet and flooring beneath the sink, work with the granite vendor to replace the kitchen countertops, install new sink, and replace and install new dishwasher. John emailed and texted me the job invoice and was in constant communication with me and my brother.
