This is the second time I have gone to Oceanside car wash and I am sad to say the experience was similar to the first time - not that great. I can only guess the owners have changed hands from a while back. When I returned home after a full detail, I noticed the mat in trunk was soaked! Also, only half of the seatbelt strap was cleaned. Going back the second time to Fix these items was to put mildly, inconvenient and time consuming. Worst of all, ZERO apology was offered from owner, which means I will never go back. Horrible. I paid for exterior/interior wash with tire shine. Place sucks. First off they almost took my rim on the track. Secondly, they only vacuumed out the driver side. They didn't vacuum the passenger seat or the two back seats. There was dart still on my car when they are drying it, and they only dried the hood and Windex the windows . I had to be somewhere I got in my car and I called and I spoke to the manager. Michael told him his place is garbage. I'm never going back. Wasted 50 bucks read more

Horrible Car Wash. Bottom interior door panels not even wiped down. Rims were not even cleaned and or polished. Still as dirty as when I arrived. Windows appear to have been cleaned with muddy rags. spent $90 they barley cleaned my Truck. I told them I wanted them to clean and I'd pay whatever it takes. I use my truck for construction and I know you can't get everything, but the effort was awful. They cleaned my truck in about 20 minutes and left plenty of easy spots uncleaned. this is the second time I've been here and I've been dissatisfied both times. They leave dirt in your car every time. The guys don't really bother. My trailer has dirt all over it. I still have bird poop on the cover of my trailer. Very dissapointing. They really try to sell everything when you pull up too and they can't even provide a decent product. Go anywhere else! read more

I have been going here for several years. Always liked the early bird but now they removed all the discounts to get you to be billed 30.00 a month on a credit card. I chose not to do this. I was there on Friday for a car wash and it cost a total of 32.59 for a #1 basic wash. That IMO is kind of excessive. Its almost like they penalize you for not giving them your credit card number. Yes they are friendly and they do a good job but like everything else, inflation is causing everything to cost more. They should bring back the early bird discount. read more

I always have good experiences here, the employees do a thorough job and are always friendly. Their prices are also great. My sister had a detail done here and they did an amazing job - only issue is they oiled her mats and they were too slippery to drive. I mean they looked gorgeous though! They also accept the EverWash app here, super convenient if you sign up for a plan and it pays for itself if you're a regular. read more

The Car Wash is great and honestly The new equipment seems good and I hope that this wash stays open for a long time. I think that Oceanside Auto Wash did a great job on my Jeep. My Car Wash experience was great but I had seen the original setup with the Belanger equipment. My jeep came out Sparkling and shiny. Cars need to be done at this place and their other locations are very well. Hope that Sales Traffic increases at this location with the entrance to Oceanside and people coming into town. When they come in this place should be a place to stop. Great job guys read more

I went to get a carwash at 540 pm. They close at 6. I found out later on that they stop taking cars at 545. I drove up at 5:40, the cones were still open, the sign wasn't out. An employee walked up to my car window while I was on the line, it was now 5:42. He walked up flailing his arm saying, Go, Go, mumbling something, and walked away. I said I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you, (I thought maybe he wanted me to move up) he walked back with the dirtiest look on his face, and waved me away, saying, GET OUT OF HERE! GO GO, GET OUT OF HERE- WE CLOSED! TURN YOUR CAR AROUND NOW. I went to speak to the manager. I wouldn't care if it was too late, he could have just said we need to stop for the day. I would have obviously said, ok no problem, we'll come back tomorrow. But he was so rude and nasty, and completely unprovoked. I was smiling and nice, with my three children. I parked the car and got out to speak to the manager, he glared at me and went to get the closed sign and put it up. When I went inside, I informed the manager what the employee had said, and explained how he treated me. He said its because he doesn't understand. I asked, what do you mean? He said they don't all understand. Again, I looked at him obviously bewildered. Then he said, they're just hot, OK. Its a very hot day and they work outside. So they aren't going to be nice. This will be the last time I ever go to this place. Not only are the employees very mean, and in front of my children, who said, Mommy why is he telling us to get out of here? The manager continuously made excuses for the nastiness. We own a business, no matter how bad of a day we are having, hot, hungry, hour 16 in a row, we would never ever treat a customer that way, nor make an excuse for one of our employees who acted that way towards a customer. They charge $31.50 for a car wash plus tip comes out to about $40. backseat and floor was not even vacuumed!

I paid about $25 for a car wash and when I got home I found garbage under the passenger seat, and they definitely did not clean the floor mats. So disappointing! I won't be going there again. read more
