When I say I am anal about my car I mean it. I keep cleaning supplies in my trunk and about 5 towels, I'm that crazy. I have not let anyone wash or detail my car besides myself in the past 2 years out of fear they would scratch my paint as nearly all car washes do. J&T is not like that, they are a pro detail center first, car wash second and they are the only place that I know of that is like this. Rarely will you find a professional detailer who will also wash your car. My car got sent thru a dealership car wash and was scratched to shit, I was insanely mad and since it was so cold out I could not detail it myself, my hose was frozen and I cannot use my buffer if I can't wash the car. I found J&T online and decided to give them a try. J&T Washed, Polished, and Sealed my car and removed nearly all of the swirls and scratches from the crappy dealership car wash. I was amazed at the results for the price and I would recommend anyone to come here for paint correction and car washes. From now on if I don't have the time to wash the car myself I will DEFINITELY be bringing it here, a 20 minute drive from my town, but its worth it. PPF Disaster. Bubbles all over. When trying to repair they pulled the paint off the car. Now paint repair poor. They did touchup painting hoping that I would not notice. After failed attempts to repair they wanted to take the PPF off and give me my money back, no-way. Can you imagine the job they would do? Its all good until they fail. I was told not to come back. I could've paid half the price for the same outcome at any local car wash. My car still has wax streaks in numerous spots and the cleaning was not as thorough as I'd think a $300 detailing should be. It's been months that I've been looking for a car wash and detailing center that is a stickler on perfection like me. I yelped and found this 3 minutes away from me. I messaged Jeff (owner) about my inquiries and he replied fast. I have an OC (obsessive-compulsive) personality (not clinical), so I know what clean and detailed means. On a red light stop, instead of checking my phone, I get my duster and clean up my dashboard etc. while waiting for the light to turn green. That's how I take care of my car. Fast forward, I had my appointment and I was surprised about the outcome the swirl marks (aka spider web marks) on my car were gone and my car never looked this glossy and car show ready ever. They really take good care of my car like it's their own. I came back for a wash (hand) and I was impressed with the results as well. Not impressed with the job I received. I bought a car for my niece and was in a hurry to get it done so I could deliver the car to her the same day. The guy I usually use was booked and could not do it for me. I gave the car to Jeff because a friend recommended his shop. For $350, I could have gotten the car done 3 times with my guy. After picking it up, I spent a half hour wiping and polishing areas that they missed. Sorry, but I will not be back, and can not recommend. The local car wash does a better job, for $100. Over priced and under performed. Gave 2 stars for getting it done the same day. Work performed was 1 star read more

I left disappointed and when I returned at the owners request after voicing my concerns, it became less about completing the incomplete job and more about Jeff (owner) getting annoyed as I was repeatedly asked to point out "what else"!!! For example, when I showed him under the driver's seat and the LEAVES (in August) and dirt that were clearly NOT vacuumed or the cup holder in the rear that still had evidence of a spilled drink, or the seat tracks that still had a pen and paperclip. He also responded to the clearly unclean underseat with "I'm mad at myself for not charging you more because the car came in such bad condition." As a small business owner myself, the omus to set a fair pair for a COMPLETE job lies on the owner. I did not haggle the price or ask for a discount, I simply paid what he state was his price for my car. Furthermore, at a price tag of $400, I understandably had expectations of a completely clean car- fair price for fair work. Jeff also voiced frustration that I didn't not mention how I was not so happy with the overall improvement of the car! Yes, the car was much cleaner- that was what the job was- and again the numerous oversights I had to point out and subsequent heated dialogue that followed , overshadowed the parts of the car that were actually cleaned. As the expert in auto detailing (30 yrs experience as he told me) , he should know that unclean control panel windows, dirty cup holders and leaves under the seat should not have to be pointed out by a dissatisfied customer. Please note, he had the car for five days and I did NOT ask for a quick turnaround. I understand the car was not clean when I brought it in....which is exactly WHY I brought it to a detail shop. All in all.....I am sorry to say that J&T Professional Auto Detailing was far from detail oriented and less than professional. read more
