Despite submitting medical documentation and letters from instructors attesting to my integrity, the school disregarded my appeal and denied me the opportunity for a fair and impartial review. Additionally, there are serious concerns regarding internal conflicts of interest that cast doubt on the transparency of the process. I am not writing this out of revenge, but out of a sincere desire to prevent others from enduring the same nightmare. I strongly urge prospective students to thoroughly research this institution before enrolling. Ask about the appeal process, the use of platforms like ExamSoft, and your rights as a student. Do not let your future fall into the hands of an administration that does not guarantee fairness or transparency. However, when it's time to respond and issue a refund, they simply disappear. They have blocked me from their pages and phone lines to avoid dealing with my calls and requests for my own money.
