I would 100% recommend this class to anyone beginners to advanced it's such a great time. A great date night idea as well. So we started the night with some red sangria and ended with white sangria; as for the menu for the night it was tapas, seafood paella and sangria. We had octopus with chimichurri (I'm a very picky eater and I usually don't eat seafood and omg it was SPECTACULAR). We also had garlic grilled lamb chops with mint edamame hummus salad, Brussels sprout salad , chicken kabobs with potato salad, seafood paella, bacon wrapped shrimp everything was delicious. Chef David was amazing he helped us with anything we needed from how to chop onions to cutting lamb chops to cooking octopus. I was astonished after we finished cooking everything we all sat together and ate and talked it was nice like a family dinner (it was a class of about 12 of us we all cooked something different so at the end we all sat down to try everything we all made together). The man who was running the store seemed to have an opinion on each of the items we selected even though we didn't ask for it. My mother in law asked him what's a good tequila and he responded "does it really matter?". I was super under impressed by the service. In addition, he watched our every move like a hawk, which I completely understand since I'm sure there is a lot of theft in Liquor stores but this makes customers feel highly uncomfortable and is blatantly obvious. We purchased a few large bottles of Belgium beer and other items since we were already there. To our dismay ALL items were expired and we realized this when we got home. My husband did notice one of the beers we selected was expired while we were checking out and told the gentlemen we no longer wanted it (but it never occurred to us to check ALL out our selection). The store associate was passive aggressive and went on to tell us it was "still good"!!!! There was no apology rendered at all. I will never step foot in this establishment and will warn others about it which is why I was compelled to write this review.
