Mine was a major fix that took a couple of days to complete. We hardly knew they were here. When finished they did a thorough clean up. This is all I expected and they certainly delivered. I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. Last couple of years of routine maintenance bills were $338-347. My service man was Jordan. Montgomery Webb was purchased by Henry's Plumbing this year. Jordan came out and did the SAME service as in years past, was here for roughly TWO hours. Henry's billed me for SIX hours and $588.00. I called twice to inquire about the bill. Today I was told that the company, Montgomery Webb, no longer exists and these are the new rates. Needless to say, that relationship no longer exists.

My father whose older call this company yesterday and was told they would in a few days to set up…read morean appointment. however, the owner called today and spoke to my mother saying he was 15mins away, when she sounded surprised after no appointment being set and then he got smart with her. she tried to apologize and said okay, but he was already in a bad mood. then he showed up at my parents house which is also a well-known established childcare. Not once did this business owner say or disclose to my father how much or if their even was a service charge, until he is standing in the kitchen demanding money and to be paid, when he had only just arrived. my father said I thought you would give me and estimate first, and that's when the owner's entire attitude changed. he instantly raised his voice yelling you knew you would have to pay, my father said you never disclosed that and the owner said I don't have too you should know. that's when I came to try an talk with the owner to figure out the miscommunication and he stated again I'm not leaving until being paid. I told him I am a childcare business and have children present he needed to leave and he said not until I'm paid for wasting my time. I apologized for the miscommunication on my father's part, but he didn't care all he wanted was money for not doing anything. I finally got in to leave the building and go outside so, I could make sure the childcare was safe and children weren't scared. As soon as when all 3 went outside, the owner instantly started cussing us out and yelling, over talking me and wouldn't listen. For the safety of my father and the childcare, I told him if he didn't leave I would call the police, he said fine but I'm writing you up a invoice. even though again this owner did nothing at all, but wanted money. after police were called and and me taking his van photo of him driving off, not waiting for police he then called the business trying to pretend to be someone else then hung up. This entire situation could have been politely discussed and resolved respectfully if this owner would have been professional enough to have a normal conversation about a simple miscommunication of an elderly person, but instead he bullied this elderly man and tried to get money for doing nothing. such a sad world we live in and how people treat or scam older people. I would never recommend this person or company to anyone after this happening to my father and him refusing to leave the childcare and scaring children. just awful.

I was told there was water in my trunk line, but there's none and it's completely dry. I was told there were "clogged drains" off my main air trunk line (which doesn't make sense at all) which was the cause of the mold throughout my ductwork, but the HVAC contractor that viewed them stated those aren't drains and just pieces holding up the insulation; he even explained that what I was told wouldn't make sense because you can't have a "drain" that only blows out water and not air. I was told that my 2x14 registers were too small for adequate air flow, but that was also determined to be wrong. I paid $200 to get to the root of my problem, but all I got was a bunch of made up lies. AND THE LIES CONTINUE!!! I was told I would be getting a refund because everything I was told in my inspection was WRONG. Now over a month has gone by and still haven't received the check! STAY FAR AWAY - what a SCAM!
