The owner of this business called me a N*GG*R today and I'm delivery guy! While delivering the package and taking of the delivery, this man came from front of the parked white sedan and was immediately violent. "Don't come in my body shop, homie.", was his first initial words to me! Looking confused, I responded, "I was just delivering your packages here. That's all." I couldn't even finish what I was saying to him and he said it again... A little more aggressive this time: "You don't ever come into my body shop again! That goes upfront!" I was gonna grab it, but honestly his attitude was a complete reach from the start. So I said, I'm gonna just leave it here sir. Thank you have a nice day. This man yelled behind me, "So you're just gonna leave it here after I told you not to leave my shop?" "Yes. Have a great rest of your day." I responded. He then said y'all are a bunch of GD idiots. I responded back, oh yeah? He yelled back "Yeah! F*ck you dumb N*GG*R!" I called my boss and apparently, I'm not the only person he's done this to. In fact, the reason I was delivering his stuff is because he did the same thing to another female driver and she felt afraid to go back. This happened before 11am. Not only will this man never get another delivery from this company, he was recorded on camera being violent to me and the proper authorities have been notified. Superior Body Shop - Delivered package. - Body Shops Near Me - Asheboro, North Carolina

I had some bumper work done to my truck and Superior did a good job on fixing it. However, my radio was working when I dropped my car off but when I picked it up my radio was not working. They told me to get it checked out at the dealership to see what they said about it and depending on what they say they will fix it (more money). I did everything they told me to do and when I called them back to tell them a man in the background was rude and ugly (unprofessional ) about the whole situation. They don't even deserve a 1 star. The lack of knowledge these people have is sad. They have no respect for their customers nor value their time. If you take your car here and something is messed up once you get it back, don't expect it to be fixed! They will only become more rude toward you. Patty at the front desk told us to "call if we had any problems" but when we called after noticing a problem she said "i'm not ordering another damn thing for that car." Amber is such a rude person and needs to realize we're the ones paying her bills. Worst experience ever, such rude people and very unprofessional people. Absolutely DO NOT take your vehicle to this corrupt body shop. It took well over 2 weeks for the morons to repair a simple job on my car and when I picked it up they had done damage in a different place that was not there when I dropped it off. The pathetic imbecile I spoke to got very belligerent and got in my face yelling that he didn't do it and that he was not going to fix it. He was very hostile and aggressive toward me. Professional businessmen do not act this way. Criminals and abusers act this way to try and intimidate women. Luckily, I got it all on video. Waited for over three weeks and still had a month to ago until they were going to get started on my car. I made a suggestion to start looking for the parts on the insurance estimate since it's a first year model car and there will probably be some long lead time items. The owner started yelling at me, throws insults and says he's taking me off the schedule. I was left speechless by his unprofessional attitude. Failed to inspect my vehicle properly to make sure it was back 100% before returning it to me. I was treated with the most disrespect I have ever been given by a body shop. Tried telling me it was like that before that my car had issues oil leaks, etc. My car is well kept and only 60k on it, was not having the issue before taking it to them even when it was wrecked. Now they refused to refund my deductible to pay for a mechanic to actually fix it! They're excuse was "we aren't mechanics, just a body shop" just wow, I'm offended and absolutely shocked by the way they have treated me!!! I do not recommend them to my worst enemy! read more

Poor communication. I went for a repair associated with an insurance claim and asked for additional work. The time required for the job was not properly communicated (so my rental car time was incorrect) and the additional work was very expensive for what was done. I believed that I was paying for more than was actually done. The quality of what was done looks great but caution is warranted. read more
