While the process of going through insurance wasn't fun I can not speak highly enough of Mike Brown and his company. He quickly determined what repairs I needed and worked with the insurance company for their estimate and approval process. Once the bumper was off and he started the repair he did find some additional damaged and had to submit that to insurance for approval also. Today I picked up my car and it looks better than it did when I bought it 2 months ago. Highly Recommend this shop for anyone needing Body Repair or Paint work in or around High Point.

I debated whether to fix the car - Mike gave me an estimate for $3,000 when the value of the car was only $2,400. The car runs really well, and I'm not sure I could buy one for $3,000 that runs as well, so I decided to go ahead and fix the car. I let Mike know my concerns, and he said he'd do his best to keep the price down. Ultimately, Mike found a couple of additional things that needed repairing after he fully took apart the damaged area. Nevertheless, Mike made the repair for less than the $3,000 estimate. Mike did a great job on the repair. The car looks as good as it did before the accident, and it is running great.

I was very specific with request for a luxury car (that didn't smell like smoke) comparable to our car needing repair for rental but we were greeted with a small RAV4? Sized car. I refused the vehicle and then started looking for a car myself. It takes a few days to line up a luxury rental so work had to be delayed. I called State Farm & told them we needed to find a suitable vehicle and they were accommodating with increasing coverage if necessary. We found a suitable model in Asheboro and Enterprise brought it to the local office but it smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. So no go with that vehicle. I was ambushed when I asked to meet with the owner Brian Owens. He couldn't maintain eye contact when we met so I suspected he was upset. He was totally focused on our '24 Genesis not being a luxury vehicle..saying BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, Lexus were not in the same class. And it was a "Hyundai". Same price ranges and similar performance but somehow not the same class. Insulting. The new owner Brian Owens is insulting and doesn't take responsibility for what his business represents as services provided. His phone script (that he says he wrote) states that they work with your insurance company to set up car rentals to make it easy for customers to use their service. He did not handle the situation professionally. I even asked that we discuss in an office or away from the front desk but he insisted on being loud and confrontational in front of his front desk staff. Not a nice guy. After our encounter I called the front desk and apologized for our discussion that had to happen in front of them. I doubt this is the culture previous owner Larry Walker wants as a legacy and I feel badly for the staff who work in Brian's toxicity.

Ray was very helpful and set up an appointment for me. Got a diagnosis same day and was less than half the price of the dealer. Fixed it for $1000 and it's 10 months later and still no issues. My daughter needed a car and came here and purchased a beautiful Audi that she loves. Same price as a Nissan I was looking at but a much nicer car for her. The tire indicator light had gone on and I had difficulty determining exactly how to reset the light after filling the tire. I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy

They told me my front bumper needed a replacement. They gave me an estimate, and had told my insurance estimator/inspector to send a check to them directly. They did not give me the detailed invoice for the "new" bumper. And they rushed to start work on my car. I became suspicious at this point and asked for an invoice at which point they started being very rude on the phone. Their response to my request on sending me an invoice was "you think you know how to repair the car, then come and take your car!" Was very surprised and puzzled with their response in return for asking an invoice. This is when I sensed something was totally off and I decide to stop by directly to take my car back from the shop. When I dropped there to my surprise I saw my car was already in works and what was more shocking was that they were trying to take my 'original' front bumper off and scratch/repaint the same and sell it to me as new bumper!! Check out the pics. I decide to not get in a heated argument since I now know these guys were fraud and just asked them to put the front bumper back on and give it back to me. They are shocked to see me there and since I caught them red-handed they offer to do the "repair" for me "free" and they tell me not to worry about the deductible payment - "we will take care" they say! I was furious and very seriously asked them to put my car back together and leave the place with my car. I went to another place with my car who were super good and made it super easy for me. I was very happy with this second place. But overall the whole process caused so much stress and frustration, and that is not something you want to go through when you are already dealing with your Carnot in good condition, dealing daily stuff without your car, dealing with your insurance, working on payment numbers, etc. Oh and btw they seem to work these things out with the insurance inspector, so just be aware. I also felt my insurance inspector(Frank from Progressive) collaborated with agreeing to issuing the check to them and not informing me. I had to reach out to Progressive executives to file a complaint and get the payment reversed. The whole process was very disappointing and was very off putting at the time. If you want your car in good hands and avoid the mental drama just do NOT go here. I feel bad for people who may have gone here and not know what tricks they exactly pulled on them and these guys got away. Anyway at least if this helps you, I'm glad taking time writing this.

Great price, great service, they reduced my estimate by a lot. Very friendly, would 100% recommend.read more
