I originally went with them because I needed a rental car and they were going to provide one at no additional cost. Unfortunately with all the hail damage claims at the time there weren't any available for the time my car was being repaired. Chris did refund the cost of my Uber back home after I dropped my car off though, then I used a family members car for the 5 days they had my car. Dropped my car off July 6th and initially got it back July 10th. On the July 10th I was told 3 parts were still pending repair and that I had to bring it back. July 23rd comes around I decided to follow up since I didn't hear anything. All the parts still weren't in. Waited till July 31st followed up again, still not all parts in. Waited till August 7th and followed up again and didn't get a response. Chris called August 15th to schedule a time to bring my car from the 2nd visit, ended up getting pushed out an extra week due to staffing. August 26th my car went in for the 2nd time. When I picked it up the next day, August 27th, they said the molding that came was the wrong part. Also realized the windshield wipers were working. Asked Chris, he said easy fix asked me to bring it in. The new address wasn't close to my house. Didn't want to drive 45 minutes to get it fixed ended up asking the dealer to reconnect them. Waited till September 11th to follow up about the molding that came wrong to see if the right one arrived since I didn't hear anything from them. Didn't arrive yet. I waited till September 21st followed up and got no response. Waited till October 13th and followed up. October 19th I heard back that the part would come in 3 days. October 21st I was notified the molding came. I was slammed with work couldn't bring it in for 2 weeks. We scheduled for me to bring it November 10th. They kept it for half a day and I got it back. Fast forward to now... July 2024. My car hasn't had any work done since they had it, other than maintenance stuff like an oil change and tire rotation. I use my sunroof in the summer, it wasn't working at all. Changed the fuse, still nothing. Decided to google it and it suggested the motor. Figured out how to reach the motor (which is under the overhead lights/switch control assembly by the rear view mirror). Come to find out that it was never plugged back in... hence why it wasn't working. You'd expect to get your car back with everything working. Not wipers disconnected and taking the overhead apart to reconnect your sunroof. Just added little stress and time to fix small things that should've been done when the cars parts were repaired. Communication was poor in my opinion. My process was from July 6th 2023 to November 10th 2023, for what he said was mild hail damage.

Took my daughters car to have a dent on the hood repaired (actual golf ball). The tech was…read morephenomenal in returning the metal to original condition, and despite the clear bra making the repair more challenging there is no residual indication of the original dent. Very reasonable priced and easily scheduled.
