We had not gotten our water heater serviced for quite a few years. I contacted a few places and I requested a quote and Superior Drain Cleaning. Unlike other places, Brian was very honest and straightforward with his flat rate quote -- it was not just an inspection but it came with a flush and cleaning. So although his price was higher than other quotes, we also knew that this was the price that we would be paying and not more than that. The receipt showed that he also ended up cleaning out the burner chamber and repaired the draft diverter. He said that he also worked on venting issues over the phone. He was helpful and tried his best to answer my questions. I was not able to be there at the service but he was there on time and spoke with me by phone. Brian is prompt, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. His appointment did not take long but he was able to get everything serviced. And I'm of course always happy to help small businesses. He is based in Visalia but says that he services all over the Valley. I appreciated that he was able to arrive for the service appointment the next morning after I contacted him. Horrible service! Don't ever use this company they suck bad. Very unprofessional, rude and half a$$ do their job. A guy named David came out to fix the simplest things which was a small faucet drip in both bathrooms. He left grease over everything even the toilet and there was no reason why he should of even been touching the toilet knowing your hands had grease all over them. He didn't even put the pipes back on under the sink correctly causing water to run out over everything even the carpet. The wood under the sink is soaked and he refused to comeback and fix it. Said he would come back tomorrow which is today and here it is at 5:41pm and.....what do you know this sorry piece of just got here. He's pissed because I complained...oh well! I had used Brian years ago for a d.i.y. shower faux pas and had a great experience.
