Their price was reasonable compared to other places. Now my kitchen looks so beautiful now. Hugo did a great job and was able to finished the job in 2.5 hours. Especially when the old sink was under mount and some tiles had to removed in order to get the old sink out. No damage to the old tiles. Now thats great work. The scope of work included the demolition of existing countertops, removal and reinstallation of all plumbing, and the manufacture and installation of new solid surface countertops. The demolition work took most of one day and the debris was taken away and disposed of elsewhere. One week later, after Steve completed making the new countertops at his shop, he and helper, also named Steve, installed the new ones. The installation took about four hours. After a fully successful job and payment made in full, I noticed a problem with the re installation of our electric range. He came back several days later and fixed the problem, no questions asked. I highly recommend Steve for solid surface countertop work. He is professional, efficient, and friendly. And I believe the job was priced fairly. I

First, everyone laughed when I told them a contractor told me two weeks start to finish... and dang if they didn't get close. Two and a half weeks and only because they found a few unexpected obstacles. (Not their fault) First, I'll say the whole team was amazing. I hate workers in my house but Jose became a fixture. Part of the reason they went over a couple days is probably because my husband liked talking to him (don't tell Matt). Jose was so great, and had such attention to detail. He was telling us about potential annoyances and giving us solutions before we could even think of them (and I think about everything!). All the other guys, Mike, Juan, and Rafa, were just as great. Matt came by just about every day to check on progress and address any unexpected issues. When things did come up they didn't take the easy way out, they made sure it was fixed properly even if that meant ordering a new door or trim piece. Matt took every idea I had and ran with it. Even added some things I didn't know existed, like a cool corner pull out, which impresses everyone. I got my touch sink, kick out trash, pocket doors, and pull out pantry drawers. I couldn't have asked for more. I think many people came here looking to get cabinets refaced. But I'm here to say ask them about brand new cabinets. The cost difference is not as drastic as you would think (although not insignificant). But for a kitchen I will live with forever it was worth it. Also worth noting, I was stressed about added costs. Matt assured me from the beginning his goal is to keep the end price as close to the quote as possible. And dang if he didn't mean it. Our end invoice was just a couple hundred dollars over the initial quote because of those unexpected issues. To only have to deal with one team for the whole project (well two, I got a separate contractor for the floors), was such a blessing. Please do yourself a favor and call BCR.

It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. Each step of the way, Ruben would calmly lay out our options, and quickly show us the cost of each option. It was a very large project. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. We stayed in a hotel during the work and Ruben gave consistent updates so that we had a good guess of which day we move back into the house and plan accordingly for that. I would describe Ruben's approach as "high-touch". Answers questions via text, always happy to stop by just to drop off samples of colors or materials. I really appreciated this. This is a licensed and insured local business with a stellar reputation which is why we went with them. I'm so happy we did. This year, I wanted to replace the carpet throughout the house with the same. After getting several bids, it was clear that CCH was the best price BY FAR. They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. Really commendable company! I also love the music the install team plays during their work (they are also willing to turn it off if the customer needs it quite). He gave a fair quote and really took care of our house with care since we have connected living room and dining area. He covered the cabinets and put up divider films. The workmanship is awesome! To match rest of the floor is a tough task, and the area he re-surfaced is like new floor now and the used to be 'better' connected area now seem needing work which we didn't expect. I would highly recommend their services. We had previously had problems with our floor buckling and had it partially repaired previously by contractors that did not do it correctly. Javier from Premiere was knowledgeable and clearly cared about doing the work right. Communication was great, he and his guys worked efficiently ( finished a day earlier than expected) and did quality work.

Blane was wonderful to work with: professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He really took the time to understand my vision and would check in before moving forward with any details to make sure everything aligned perfectly. I really appreciated that level of collaboration and care. The team was also efficient -- they completed all three spaces in about two days -- and the workmanship was beautiful. Everything looks clean, polished, and completely professional. Pricing felt fair for the quality and scope of the work. The only minor downside is that painting wasn't included, and the painter referral didn't work out for us, so we had to handle that separately. But overall, I'm really happy with the finished result and would absolutely hire Blane and his team again for future carpentry projects.

Updated review now that work is done…read more I can't even believe this is my kitchen. Matt and his team truly are miracle workers. First, everyone laughed when I told them a contractor told me two weeks start to finish... and dang if they didn't get close. Two and a half weeks and only because they found a few unexpected obstacles. (Not their fault) First, I'll say the whole team was amazing. I hate workers in my house but Jose became a fixture. Part of the reason they went over a couple days is probably because my husband liked talking to him (don't tell Matt). Jose was so great, and had such attention to detail. He was telling us about potential annoyances and giving us solutions before we could even think of them (and I think about everything!). All the other guys, Mike, Juan, and Rafa, were just as great. Matt came by just about every day to check on progress and address any unexpected issues. When things did come up they didn't take the easy way out, they made sure it was fixed properly even if that meant ordering a new door or trim piece. Matt took every idea I had and ran with it. Even added some things I didn't know existed, like a cool corner pull out, which impresses everyone. I got my touch sink, kick out trash, pocket doors, and pull out pantry drawers. I couldn't have asked for more. I think many people came here looking to get cabinets refaced. But I'm here to say ask them about brand new cabinets. The cost difference is not as drastic as you would think (although not insignificant). But for a kitchen I will live with forever it was worth it. Also worth noting, I was stressed about added costs. Matt assured me from the beginning his goal is to keep the end price as close to the quote as possible. And dang if he didn't mean it. Our end invoice was just a couple hundred dollars over the initial quote because of those unexpected issues. To only have to deal with one team for the whole project (well two, I got a separate contractor for the floors), was such a blessing. Please do yourself a favor and call BCR.
