First time home buyer here! I knew I had to get multiple quotes before choosing a contractor for any construction of the home. I've found Ruben through the social media! He came to our home with flyers, samples, and wood trims to help us make a decision on what to do with my original wood floors. He walked us through the details of filling the cracks in the wood after sanding the top layer, in which other contractors didn't. I have two bedrooms with mold mediation, in which parts of the wood floors were removed. Ruben's team replaced the same sized woods in both bedrooms and now they looked seamless. You can't even tell that they've replaced the wood pieces! Renovating our new home has increased our anxiety with so many questions and concerns. But Ruben and his team have been kind, empathic, compassionate, understanding, and mostly patient. Communication has been great! He's answered all my text messages and comment on IG.
