Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.

They showed up in a clean, well-stocked, logo-ed work truck. They wore uniforms. They brought all their own supplies (shop towels, etc.) and required nothing from me at all.
