Each time I was told the same thing; that my message/complaint would be sent. I've asked for a return call each time. I have yet to receive a call. This has been going on for two weeks. First, The final price was 50% more than what was quoted. Secondly, They were supposed to deliver goods to two stops, but goods intended for Stop A were delivered to Stop B (despite being CLEARLY marked). The company then REFUSED to retrieve the erroneously delivered goods and then to deliver them to the correct stop. Rather than continuing to deal with these people, who by then I had concluded were either incompetent or thieves, I hired a different moving company to pick up the erroneously delivered goods and to deliver them to the correct stop. If I lived in New Jersey, I might have sued them (about $1,800 including the cost of the second company, but with no compensation for my loss of time and all the aggravation). BEWARE and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
