The cleaning staff that came to my home did not know many of the specifics of things we wanted cleaned. Also, we had to ask them to go over many parts of the house as their effort was minimal. They were kind to us and gladly went over the spots, but still, we did NOT get our money's worth. 6 bedrooms in our house and all the did was vacuum, maybe dusted the baseboards a bit. Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. It was a busy time of year, and I know it's hard to manage a small business, but the communication with Cleaning Frenzy was ridiculous. Will not be giving my money to them again.

Recently, I moved in with my boyfriend and we decided that we should resume cleaning services. I ended up going with another service very briefly who was terribly unreliable. So I called Cleaning Frenzy. Not only are their rates very reasonable, but they were able to book a cleaning for me right away! Apparently the company has changed ownership, but the service is still amazing as ever. My cleaning team (Reina and her partner) were on time, very nice, worked very efficiently, and left our home absolutely sparkling! The service was absolutely exceptional and I'm really glad we decided to go back to Cleaning Frenzy. I won't make the mistake of looking elsewhere again!

O'Classic Humble Cleaners replied within the hour of my request. The owner was very personable, yet professional. They broke everything down simply and succinctly. The initial consulting fee was reasonable and the consult was very helpful in fully discussing the scope of work. Without it, I realized that my project questionnaire through Yelp added way more work than I wanted/needed and it would've costed me a ton more. They came in for a full 8 hours and did an AMAZING job throughout the house, even getting to the ledges on the high windows and chandelier at the front of my home. They requested I come in to inspect the final product as they were wrapping up and to ensure they got all the spots I expected. I made one very minor recommendation at that point and they addressed it immediately. The house has not looked this immaculate in years. The company came through for me in a pinch, so I am super grateful that they were able to accomplish this for me. I absolutely plan to use them again in my next home.

I hired Pride Klean to do my apartment for a move out cleaning. I wanted my security deposit back…read moreand my work week when I moved ended up being a lot busier than I expected. The good: Erica, who I dealt with in the office was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. She was easy to work with and got back to me quickly when I found her voicemail. Also the three women that came to clean my apartment did an EXCELLENT job. Things looked great. So why the three star rating? I booked the cleaners for the hour and a half minimum. I was informed by Erica that they would tell me what else needed to be done after that 90 minutes and I could decide at that point if I wanted them for longer. On the day of the clean I stopped back at the hour mark and they weren't done. When I came back 30 minutes later I found them loading up the car. I went inside and found that they had done an excellent job. I tipped them and sent them on their way. A few days later I noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged more than I was quoted. I contacted the ever responsive Erica who informed me that they cleaned for 15 minutes extra generating the charge. I told her that they had not done that and that I found them packing up at the 90 minute mark. Erica apologized and promised me a reimbursement. Pride Klean does an excellent job and Erica is awesome just watch the time that you are charged. That was a BIG disappointment for me especially since these are people that I trusted to be alone in my living space granted it was empty.

Our cleaner Alcineia thoroughly cleaned all surfaces and left the house in much better shape than it was in. She spent the whole day to make sure the property was clean for when we move in.
