Couple small complaints, one being that we had scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, it ended up getting pushed to Monday at 11am because of their Sunday job lasting longer than expected, which was okay considering Sunday was a day of request anyways. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.

He took great care and even used some protective equipment for where the hoses might rub wall or stair corners. He does a dual process, scrubbing and steam extraction. Our window arrival time was 2-4 and Ray arrived at 4:45. I know he had a long day and he was communicative on being late. We needed our sectional couch cleaned to remove dog hair and odor. Our flat rate quote price was $130. Which does not include $12 tax or the $15 service charge (??) which we learned about upon Ray's arrival. Then we learned that he needed tile or a hard service to lay the wet cushions. We have vinyl flooring and a rug under the couch. Wish we knew beforehand, but luckily we had plastic tarp. My husband offered to remove the rug completely and Ray said it was fine to stay. It was not, the process is very wet with dirty water. The floor, rug, and couch were soaked when he left. At least the couch seems cleaner but I wish I would have understood what to expect prior. EDIT: To clarify, dirty water was not used to clean couch. I meant dirty water from cleaning the couch dripping onto floor and rug. The couch is clean, we are happy with service. I just wanted to share the actual process of start to final product.

I had previously used them on another job with similar work being done and was charged at a rate of $2.00 per square foot. On this job they charged me $9.00 per square foot. I spoke with the General Manager Bobby Sanchez and he tells me the difference was the sanitary flush on the carpet. I look up the going rates in Arizona for sanitary flush and I find out the going rate is $25.00 per room. The going rate in Arizona for water extraction is $2.00 per sq.ft. X 92 sq.ft.= $184.00, sanitary flush $25.00 per room X 3 = $75.00, plus $300.00 for fan rental. The invoice should amount to $559.00 plus tax. I was charged $1,182.00. So, I guess Steam Master Cleaning is charging me $623.00 for sanitary flush. Mr. Sanchez said I signed the job sheet in agreement. This is true, however, the technician told me I was being charged at the same rate as my previous job, but when I checked the old invoice there was a big difference in pricing per square foot. If this is the case, I feel I am being over charged for the sanitary flush being that the going rate is $25.00 per room. Steam Master Cleaning states 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website, I am definitely not satisfied and I feel I have been over charged and taken advantage of. Bottom line, I will not be using their service again. I request their invoice be revised to reflect the Arizona average pricing for this type of work.
