They arrived when they said they would and promptly got started. Our tile hasn't looked this clean since we built the house! They initially got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout by hand. I think this is where a lot of companies cut corners and claim just steam cleaning will do the job because the last couple of times we had our tile cleaned, the grout didn't come up so clean. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
