The service is 10/10. I called Saturday night on a 4th of July weekend and they were able to come out and unlock a door for me. I called other locksmiths and compared rates and they would charge almost $200+, or cannot come out because of the holiday, or not give me a flat rate over the phone. I talked to the owner, Shiloh over the phone and he was able to give me a very reasonable flat rate. He arrived in a timely manner late Saturday night and was very friendly and informative about the locksmith business. He opened the door very quickly in a professional manner. Needed to get keys made for my vehicle because my husband lost my key. I was stuck outside with a 4 month old infant while on the phone with the receptionist and they said they would have a technician call me back in 30 minutes an hour goes by with no call so I call back only to be LIED to and be told there is already a work order made under the name and number which is completely FALSE seeing as this company was the first and only I called. Then the receptionist proceeded to try and continue to lie about there already being a work order after I explicitly told her I did not have a work order with anyone not even them as I never received a call back. A few hours before I was to head out for an event I realized I could not find my car key. After over an hour of searching I checked Yelp for nearby locksmiths. I liked the reviews Superior Lock Services received so called and Shiloh answered the phone! This was around 4pm and he said he had a 5pm appt but would swing by to check my car's trunk in order to give me an estimate. I recently purchased a home in Bonney Lake, WA. Since we are new to the area, we turned to Yelp to locate a reputable company for lock services. We turned to Superior Lock Services because of the other great reviews here. I had originally planned to install two separate deadbolt to separate the house into two living spaces, but the owner, Shiloh recommended better alternative even though it would mean he would make less money for the service. He was very prompt on his response for inquiries and when I actually got to meet him in person, he was very personable and helpful. He was full of ideas to save me money and time.
