Unfortunately, that place was a mess, and their furniture was overpriced for what it was. I kept driving down Route 1 and happened upon B&P's. There, I found better options, but at insane prices. I was dejected and turned around to come back North when I spotted the Cort Furniture Outlet sign. I walked in and Jay gave me the lay of the land. He explained the business model - the furniture that gets returned from the rental business ends up there at pretty impressive prices. This furniture was all great quality... it would have to be if it's going to be moved around from rental to rental. I bought a couple of pieces for at least a quarter of what I would have paid even at the lower-quality spot for something brand new. The only potential wrinkle is that delivery is $$$, but the delivery guys were a precision team. My furniture was heavy. Really heavy, but they made quick work of bringing them up a half flight of stairs, positioning them exactly where I directed, and they took off as quickly and quietly as they arrived. They did a fabulous job my printing and enlargements came out perfectly I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I also noticed that they started to print T-shirts at a very reasonable price I may go back and get a bunch they would make great giveaways. And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. All in all a great staples.

I looked at furniture places throughout the area, from Jordans to Bobs to Asian furniture stores and Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. I also looked online at Costco, Staples and craigslist. Jordans had a nice $2,200 l-shaped desk, but it didn't have nearly enough storage. Staples carried a number of nice furniture lines, but by the time I constructed my ideal desk with their components, it was going to be $3-5,000. Here's where Bucklin office furniture came to the rescue. I saw an add for them listing high end furniture, specifically a Rosewood and granite set from some CEO's office. That desk and office set was first off still out of my price range at $2,700 (1/5-1/8 of its original cost) and way too large for my place. I phoned the owner, Dave and set up an appointment for the next morning to tour the warehouse and look through inventory photos. In the end I purchased a huge gently used Hon desk (Hon is makers of high durability mid to high end furniture). See the photo attached. I paid $850 for this suite which would cost about $4500 new from Staples. It is gently used, so there's a mark here and there, but who cares??? His team brought it up three flights and installed it and it looks phenomenal! I'd recommend Bucklin for anybody looking for a mid to high-end desk or office furniture that doesn't mind if it's gently used. In addition to desks, they have an awesome selection of desk chairs and other odd furniture...just office furniture though, no bedroom stuff. They have the capability to outfit and entire massive office, or a single desk.

We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. We are a small non-profit and we leased a copier from BCA in Nov. 2011. Let's say we are willing to…read moreignore the exceptionally rude demeanor (we have encountered one nice service tech in two years), a sales manager who literally yelled at my admin when she complained that the copier invalidated our IP address with our website host, and their casting 100% blame on us for the many times the copier needs repair. Maybe we're just that inept and are poor specimens of human beings. Forget all that. Let's look at the lease they gave us to finance our copier. As the level of complaints about their service rose to a fever point in our office, we came to discover the deep deception involved in the equipment lease they presented to us. I have spent today researching the nature of this horrid lease. Not only will we eventually pay over $7,000 for a $2500 machine. Not only does the lease stipulate that there is absolutely no reason that would allow us to cancel or get out of the lease. Not only does the lease say that we are solely responsible for keeping the machine in perfect working condition with no warranties whatsoever. They knowingly gave us what is known as a PRR Lease (purchase, return, renewal). Aside from all the other completely horrible and one-sided provisions in the lease (yeah, bad on us for signing), THE LEASE STIPULATES THAT THE FINANCE COMPANY MAY CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW OUR LEASE AS LONG AS THEY PLEASE. We can try to comply with onerous terms for a return of the equipment, but even if we do all that, THEY HAVE TO AGREE TO STOP A RENEWAL. The parent company of the financing agent, CIT Finance LLC in Jacksonville, FL, is based in Utah, which is known for its deceptive equipment leasing practices. The lease specifically states that it is governed by the state of Utah, where PRR leases are perfectly legal. Do not deal with this company. If you find you must get equipment from them, pay in cash. Do not sign a lease agreement. I believe they are complicit in the deceptive leasing practice. If they had checked that we had the option to purchase the equipment for $1 at the end of our lease, the finance company could not do the automatic renewal. But of course they didn't. They checked that we could buy it (after already paying 3x the cost) for "fair market value." If you do contract with them for service, expect rude, condescending attitudes and know you will be blamed for every issue that comes up. And even when the machine crashes your entire office the day of an important meeting, you won't even get a call back until the next day. Stay. Away.
