I was very impressed with the service I received from Phoenix Sliding Doors. They responded to my request for service on the same day I submitted it. Unfortunately, due to heavy demand, I had to wait about 2 1/2 weeks before they could come out to fix my sliding door which would no longer slide. I called another company I had used in the past, and they were running about the same timeframe. I wanted to try Phoenix Sliding Doors, so I went with their appointment. I warned the woman who made the appointment that my sliding doors were 8 ft tall and obviously very heavy. She asked me to send in some pictures, which I did. She assured me that one technician would be able to handle it. She was right. I received a message yesterday confirming today's appointment, The technician who came today was obviously a pro. He called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He quickly figured out that a roller was most likely the problem. He removed the screen door and then both the fixed glass door and then the sliding glass door. There were various parts to the track and the doors, like a puzzle, and he expertly removed parts. He ascertained that the roller was indeed no longer working, and went out to get new ones. When the technician replaced (all) the rollers, he just as expertly put the doors and tracks back together. First he cleaned the track, which was filthy from dust, bugs and dog hair, trapped in places where we could not clean it while the doors were in place. Then he put the doors back on, making sure everything was level and worked properly. In all, I was very pleased with the expertise of the technician, and the price was reasonable for the work done. Would I have liked to not wait two and a half weeks to get the repair? Sure, but if waiting meant getting a very competent technician, a reasonable price, and a company that followed up well, then waiting was okay. read more

I have been trying to reach them Since Morning but they are not responding to any of my Phone Calls. I have left several Messages. Maurice changed out the rollers on two of our sliding doors which required removing a large stationary window at one location in order to get the sliding door out. Wow, prompt, fast and the price quoted was the price charged. Our 8' sliding door barely moved unless you put your shoulder into it. The crew arrived as promised. They swiftly removed the stationary panel and the sliding door. Our door had only two rollers. They said it should have had dual rollers on both ends. Rollers out, new rollers in. Door panels reinstalled and they work great. In and out in about 30-40 minutes including clean up and payment. I highly recommend. read more

Had six twenty-five-year-old sliding doors repaired with new rollers and eight screen doors rescreened along with replacing some of the rollers on the screens. Two of the glass doors were large and heavy, they (and all the glass doors) slide like brand new. I'm not happy with my screen doors. So, I just want to prefice by saying the customer service was pretty good, just not with the product. I had an appointment and they came and took measurements. The guy was very nice. When it got delivered, it was 1 door. I was expecting 2; The one that stands and the one that moves. When it got delivered it was just one. When I called and told the lady what was wrong she apologized and charged me for the second door. I get it, you have a job to do, but it's not my problem, after I explained what I wanted, you didnt understand. So I bit my tongue and paid for it. The doors are flimsy, the sliding one falls off the hinges all the time...in fact it's probably been off the hinges for a couple weeks now. They don't slide well. All in all, just a flimsy, weak product that I wouldn't recommend. It was a waste of money. read more
