My hot water tank wasn't working and I was really hoping it was just that the pilot light was out. Justin was able to light the pilot right away and stayed around for a bit to make sure it stayed lit. Within an hour of calling him, he came by to look at our A/C, assessed everything and give us a quote for a new unit with installation. Ray is clearly very knowledgeable with HVAC. He gave us replacement options, and answered all our questions. The next day, our new Lennox high efficiency A/C was installed. Ray has a very friendly disposition.
