I called the famed T&G and they tried to rob me blind after they came out with some outrageous pricing for refrigerant. Contacted at least 5 other companies that would not tell me how much per lb they charge for refrigerant the tech will let you know after the diagnostic, no thank you. I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. I call them first the next time i need service.

20/02/24 My mother's…read moreboiler stopped working called Bryant H+C repair person went by and after paying 129.00 + tax left a 3000.00 quote to repair so I asked why so much you can buy a new one for that amount (repairperson wanted to change controller and thermostat) anyway, salesman came by and I asked if he could quote a new unit which he did the Quote 11,500.00, while visiting I asked for 2 AA batteries which I changed in the thermostat, the display read 1 degree a light went off in my head, I set the proper value and the boiler lit up and has been working for 3 days so far. I can count myself lucky, others who have no ability to repair things would have been dinked 11,500.00 for 2 AA batteries plus would have frozen until the new boiler was installed in February. Buyer Beware, we live in dishonest times, practice due diligence when getting anything done do not take anyone for granted, many companies pay workers commissions when they sell jobs making it tempting for them to inflate the repair which in turn allows them to make more money, it's those who have little money I feel for because they would have to sacrifice their meals in order to heat their home or water pipes would freeze causing even more damage. Reliance Home Comfort have upgraded my account without my consent and charging me every month. I…read morecalled to complain then they put me on call sending to one department to other for about 2 hours. Finally, someone said I will get a call in two days but no one called be and spoke to me. Most of thier call centre employees do not have knowledge on thier products, no listening and customer experience skills. They keep transferring customers to one department to other and other department again transfers back to the one who transferred. It goes on loop every time. Also, one of their plumbers visited my home for service and he misbehaved with me in 2023. I have complained about it then General Manager called me and emailed me to apologize and promised they will take action but I never got any update on that.
