Frank came to my home to assess the issue, and I was charged $309 due to weekend service surcharges. I have a newborn baby at home, so being without heat was not an option. Before Frank left, the furnace appeared to be working, but the same issue returned later that day. I contacted the company again on Sunday and was instructed to reset the furnace and told a technician would return Monday. The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. I later requested a refund but was only issued a partial credit for a humidifier pad. My furnace was never properly repaired, and the lack of follow-up or accountability after I had already reached out multiple times is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the incomplete service and poor communication.

An appointment was scheduled for the very next day because of a cancellation. The next day I received a telephone call before our appointment time to confirm the crew's imminent arrival. The crew of Al, Ryan and Karen arrived on time and did not keep me waiting and wondering. We toured the house together and Al explained what they were going to do. All 3 of the crew were polite, pleasant and professional. They took care to move and replace any furniture that was in front of the registers. They worked quickly and constantly, and I am satisfied that every duct was thoroughly cleaned. In the middle of the operation Al asked my wife and I to come to the basement to see what was being removed from the ducts - which confirmed in my mind that I had made a good decision. All 3 cleaned up their tools and equipment so there was no trace of their visit. Karen took care of the billing and received my payment. Altogether, the 3 were very efficient and effective. We didn't really realize until later in the afternoon on Saturday that the air was out. C and C had installed our furnace and we've been happy with that so we decided to give them a call for the air. They were completely booked and told us to call back first thing on Sunday to get an appt that day. They also told us ahead of time the service call would be $200. It would go up to $250 on a Sunday. We said thanks and called Sunday morning right at 8 am when they opened. They already had one person ahead of us that day, and they would give us a call when they were on their way. We mentioned that we had tried to get an appt yesterday but since they were booked we had to wait until Sunday, and they honored the $200 rate for Saturday. In the meantime, I got a couple text messages from them introducing our technician, along with a photo of the tech so we would know who to expect when he got here, which I thought was great and really appreciated, especially if I was home by myself that day. I haven't had any other company do that so far and I really like the idea. The tech was efficient, clean, and wore a mask I'm the house. Kevin was the technician who serviced my hot water heater and went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly and thorough with his work and also explained the diagnostics in simpler terms (for people like me who know nothing about this stuff LOL). He even helped me clean my filter that was dirty and left me some extra tape. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any HVAC needs!
