They drove by and called me with an estimate, and I was blown away; they were 60% cheaper than the other quote I got!!! I was a little nervous thinking "you get what you pay for", but he said he could even come by that same day (a Saturday) and do the job. I was thrilled! The *one* thing that made me worried was he said he's be there between 3-4PM, and by 4PM, I had to call him because he wasn't there yet. He said he was still coming; he had some things to take care of. I'm not taking a star away though because 1) It was a Saturday, 2) he still showed up and got the job done, and 3) he provided services the same day he gave me a quote. I saw him pull up with his truck and trailer and went out to meet him; he was already ready to start trimming! He was patient and knowledgeable, so I felt better that maybe his price was just a REALLY great deal! Turns out, that was EXACTLY the case! The trees turned out beautiful; shaped well, thinned, yet retained their value!
