We engaged Superior to do a home and mold inspection a home we considered buying in Wintersville, OH. Unfortunately they were so busy (with good reason) we had to go with another general inspector to meet the deadlines in our purchase contract. They still got in quick to do the mold tests which proved critical in making the right decision on the property. When I let them know we wouldn't need them for the general that we'd already paid them for, they insisted on refunding part of the money and did so promptly. Libby was delightful to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Friendly, prompt and extremely thorough. We have used them twice now for 2 different houses. When it comes time to buy house 3 we will use them again. The reports are thorough and in depth. The details and the recommendations on the report are extremely helpful. On the second house the radon was high but they were not sure if it was because of the storm and the wind.
