I was in the middle of nowhere, no car, hotel etc. Unbelievably Joses sister, who by the way worked on fighter jets in the service, volunteered to drive me 45 minutes to San Luis Obispo airport to get a rental car. After the car was fixed the next day she met me back at the airport the next day. They did a complete inspection after replacing the radiator hose to let me know if there were other issues. I cannot say enough about Dwights...I wish they were closer to where I live. By the way they are the new owners...the old guy retired.

I want to especially thank Berny, our sales rep, who helped us find the perfect trailer. When we first arrived at the lot to shop, Berny was simply delightful. So easy to talk to, answered all our questions, showed us many trailers that had all the features we were looking for, and best of all, gave us our own time and privacy to walk through all the potential trailers without ever pushing a sale or making us feel pressured in anyway. Once we decided on our trailer, Berny was incredibly responsive in the week leading up to us picking up the trailer. He answered his phone any time we called, and responded to every text message with any questions we had. When we went to pick up the trailer, Chris (finance) and Brian (sales manager) helped us with the purchase and paperwork and they could not have been lovelier. They were so pleasant to chat with and genuinely so excited for us. Never did we feel like anyone was pushing a sale or suggesting anything we didn't need. It truly felt like they had our best interest at heart and they made the entire process so enjoyable. The service techs, Jake and Tony, were also fantastic. Jake did our orientation and showed us all of our trailer components and explained how everything worked. He took his time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. The most nerve-wracking part was learning how to hitch the trailer to our truck, and Tony alleviated our fears in that department. He showed us step-by-step how to use the tongue jack and get the trailer all hitched up. We drove off the lot feeling confident and comfortable, with the knowledge we needed to start using our trailer. I could not recommend Hitch RV enough. We made the 2 hour drive to Nipomo from Camarillo and it was absolutely worth it. Every staff member who helped us made us feel like family. Really good service. Fair price…read more I brought in some trailer wheels and some tires I got privately on craigslist. They said yes and that they could have them done in 20 minutes. I was in a hurry so I came back for them later. Also, I got some used tires here and they had some good ones. They let me in to the back to go see them and examine them. I said looks good to me! They got to work on my truck right away. After they inflated them, they dunked them in water to look for leaks. None. Nice! As the guy was working on installing them, he pointed out a better solution for lug nuts than what I had and made a recommendation. He didn't have to, but he did. He saved me from a big problem in the future! They also used a torque wrench to tighten. In total, it was maybe 30 minutes! All-included price for everything was fair. Credit cards accepted. Awesome service! I am very very happy and they are now my #1 go-to tire shop.

Ruiz was going to do it for $4,800 but I asked them to install 2 shift kits. With the shit kits it came to $5,500 out the door programming and all. It's only been a couple of weeks and a few hundred miles but so far my "new" transmission is great! I hope I never need them but if I have a transmission issue, I'll be back for sure.
