Took a screw in my brand new tires on my jeep, I patched it , got enough air in it to get it to Americas Tire! 8:00am not busy 4 guys standing around in the garage talking!! Told manager im a regular customer took a screw and need some air for that tire!! He told me the air machine is around the corner of the building out of site from everyone!! I pulled around and it rang a bell that I was there!! And that was it !! Sat there for about 10 minutes and said to myself! There all over you when your spending $1000s but when it comes to service after the fact !! Your not worth the time!!! So I backed out drove by the 4 guys in the garage talking and went to Calderons a local tire shop here!! They come up told them my situation!! 1 minutes later I was on the road again 33psi all away around!! My truck tires were well over six years old and I definitely needed to get four new tires immediately. I initially decided to go to America's Tire on Broadway and Stowell because they had straight forward pricing without having to "take a look at my vehicle" first. The fact that it was a clean looking facility with professional employees on the phone and in person also helped. I made an appointment and although there was slight delay, when my truck went in the bay, they got right to it, professionally, efficiently without a break. I saw them uninstall, rotate and reinstall the new tires in under an hour, excellent service and I highly recommend them. read more

Service was poor. I waited for 25 minutes before I decided to just leave frustrate and not even being acknowledged or seen or asked if I needed help. When I got there there was a Lady in front of me looking for new tires after one gentleman had just finished. So the one salesman there helped her. He went back and forth to get the lady's vehicle information and give her prices. In the meantime a couple of other employees went back and forth. Never said anything to me, okay, I was like fair they're busy today. After waiting 15 minutes I got a little tired of standing so I took one of the empty chairs. There was the one lady in line and 2 others seemingly waiting for their vehicle to be finished. So one of the people had their car finished so another employee helped her finish with her transaction. Fair. So then the first employee finished up inputting service for the First Lady and it just so happened that the 2nd guys vehicle finished as well. So he took him to close out. Meanwhile the 3rd employee kept going back and forth between the service bay and the sales area. Well then I saw a motorcycle guy pull up and the third guy went out to him and after a couple minutes came in with the motorcycle guy to quote him some prices on tires. Well that's pretty shitty but okay hopefully the first guy will finish up with the 2nd customer and then check on me. Well low and behold another lady walked in and was waiting. Meaning the first guy having finished the paperwork with the 2nd customer went back to the bay with the paperwork and keys for the First Lady's car and then came back and started to address the lady who had just come in. She said something and handed him the keys and then he went out to her car I guess to get the vehicle info. So I said fuck this place I'm not coming back. read more

I was traveling from SoCal to Monterey with my 2 sisters. We stopped for gas and to get air pressure checked because alert light lit up! At different place, (big name) we were told there was a nail in the tire. They stated they could fix it, but we would be considered as "walk in" and the wait at that time would be about 3 hours!!! We called America's Tires and they said they could take us right away. We left the other place and went to America's Tires. Gabriel was most helpful, got us in right away; finished in like 30 minutes, and did not charge us for the repair! I love America's Tires. Every location I have been to has provided such great customer service and I leave feeling like a valued customer. Yesterday, we were in a situation where most things that could go wrong did - from getting a flat on the freeway to not having a replacement tire available to not having the wheel lock key. The team that helped so greatly - especially Matthew and Eduardo. They took the time to really investigate the possibility of repairing the tire and when that was a no-go, immediately got one on order. I'm of course gonna start this with my day of hell the reason i ended up here in the first place Lol!!! This day the 23rd of June was supposed to be my and my sons day away yes we were driving to eat in Solvang don't judge we often will drive a few hundred miles for lunch ;) Anyway we set out on the 166W on our way to Solvang and about 20 minutes from the 101 junction we hit an unavoidable huge deep pothole! Had i swerved to miss it i either would've hit a mountain side or another oncoming car it's a 2 lane hwy and the pothole took up half of the lane literally! So after that my son said it was so hard his back got injured :( Something must've been looking out for us because somehow we made it to the Los alamos turn off before my warnings happened and before my tire actually blew just a fucking miracle! I had to call a tow truck i won't get into that mishap with Audi roadside they suck ass!! But my insurance towing service saved me that day! That's another review! He got my spare on for me i couldn't cuz the dealer removed my tool kit and failed to put it back! Geez i have the worst luck! Lol So my son and I called for hours on the side of the road looking for a shop that had my tire size and type no one literally no one within 100 miles of us had it. Everyone said that's a big wide tire and an odd size dammit! No one offered any help except these guys i swear every America's Tire i've been to i've received the utmost care and amazing going beyond customer service not even over exaggerating here! The guy on the phone i first spoke to said drive slow on that spare get to us (we were 20 miles away freeway only!) and we will put a used tire on for you for free to get you home safe and we will have your store order that tire and have it for you tomorrow we've deducted the tread depth for you and taken $238 off the price (i didn't buy the damn road hazard insurance before on my tires yes i'm dumb!). We got there and Frankie took care of us we were so beat i had had tears welling up in my eyes all day i was trying to hold back from breaking down. My stress and everything i had been going through prior to this incident had just rushed back to me idk how i held it together that day but i did for my son. They were full but welcomed us and were so sweet to me got my car immediately checked to make sure it was safe to drive home yes 2 bent wheels and suspension warnings on but not so bad i couldn't drive it. They got that used tire on and arranged everything with Edgar in Bakersfield to replace it and do another thorough inspection after my drive back. Outstanding customer service here!!! And i am so grateful for their help and the fact they did it without question they are indeed Exceptional and the Exception Thank you so very much!! read more

UPDATE: I came here because my front tire was getting low. Made an appointment and waited a few. They told me the tire was not repairable but that the repair was free because I purchased $24 certificates on each tire. Aren't you glad today when you were smart yesterday?? I am. I paid for a new cert for the new tire and I am driving away very glad indeed. ---------------oh yeah------------ Prices are right! Service is always GREAT! I love that they use manners and speak to customers with respect (sir and ma'am). There is a reason why this place is SO BUSY. They are GOOD! They are competitive, polite, and easy to deal with. They don't strong arm you into buying something but they do educate you on your options. I love their service. Make an appointment. This place is busy. You save yourself time when you plan ahead. I had a nail in my tire and my tire was leaking air. I didn't have time to make an appointment so I went to a few tire shops to see if they would help me. America's tires was the only one that took the time to help me and the charged me absolutely nothing. The first place I tried was America Tire Depot and even though there was only one car in the lot the employee told me he was too busy to help so I should go somewhere else. I then tried Big Brand Tire and they were too busy and required me to drop my car off and come back at 6pm. Next was America's Tires and even though they had a bunch of cars they were working on, they greeted me quickly and told me they could get it done in a hour. They were finished within 40 minutes along with another gentlemen who needed a flat repair. My biggest regret was that I didn't go to America's tires first. We recently took my wife's truck to America's Tire in Santa Maria because one of her tires had a slow leak in it. I made an appointment online and dropped it off the next morning. We were there less than five minutes, then went to do some shopping. Within an hour I got a text saying the truck was ready. When we got there they were pretty busy so we had to wait maybe 10 minutes. That's when Gabriel came out and told us they had found a nail in the tire. They repaired it, but also took the time to check the other tires (we thought one of her other tires might be leaking too) and even made sure the pressure in all the tires was correct. When I asked him what the cost was, he said there was no charge. They didn't charge for flat repairs. I'd never heard of such a thing and was prepared to pay $10, $20, or even $50 if I had to because the tire was in good shape and even $50 was only a fraction of the cost of a new tire. My car will need some new tires pretty soon and I know where I'll be going to get them. Also, some years ago my wife took a different truck there when it needed new tires, but that particular size wasn't available any more because the truck was older. They managed to track some down in North Carolina and had them shipped here and installed on her vehicle. That's service worth highlighting and I strongly recommend this location. I can't speak for all America's Tire locations, but this one is top notch. read more

Decided we'd replace the pair Came in (no appt) using the spare. Eric (Assistant Manager) confirmed our tires were no longer made, found the new version, quoted a reasonable price and said he could have the tires on-hand the next day. While he was doing that, a technician made sure the spare was good to use until replaced. Done in 15 min! We left with an appointment Next day, Eric handled the paperwork while Jose, the installer, got the work done. Jose brought the car to the door and stayed to be sure we were satisfied. Drove on a spare to this location and they were EXCEPTIONALLY efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fine. Price of tires seem fine, selection was a little lacking but they can order tires for you. The part that annoyed me the most is the promised time. They tell me that my car will be ready at a certain time and I start to plan the rest of my day around that. The time comes and my car is not even touched yet. If you are running late, at least tell me especially when you know I am waiting for my car in the lobby. It took me standing in the window staring at my car still in the parking lot to get someone to finally get my car and start replacing the tires. I won't be coming back here, have a pet peeve with time and not being kept informed of delays. But if you do decide to get tires here, tack on an hour on whatever time they give you. read more
