We absolutely love this storage facility. I originally had a 10x30 and now have 2 of the bigger RV storage units. I feel my stuff is safe and never worry about anything happening to my trailer or boat we leave in the units. Debbie is amazing! She always helps when we need anything. Adding another unit is a breeze. She even makes it easy when moving out of a unit. I'd definitely recommend this place over a lot of other places. read more

Great at the start... but 3 months in started raising my rate plus they make you pay for insurance mandatory on the unit don't tell you that until you complete the onboarding VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Don't get fooled by this company!! They will immediately start increasing your rates after you sign a lease. They do not keep their temperature-controlled units at an acceptable temp. They start increasing your rate to add bogus insurance onto your unit. When you question their integrity on how this company runs this storage unit.......they send you a 30 day cancellation notice and tell you to move out or pay the increase.......I'll be moving!!! Don't get hooked.....there are better units around that are more legitimate. read more

I have been a customer of this facility for two years, and Miss Debbie has always been so kind to me. I'll admit I've had a late payment or two and she has always been understanding. I store my RV in a climate controlled unit here. It is true, security is lax. The main entry gate is open all day and anyone is free to come and go without question. Once you open the door to your unit you see it is just one door on a huge parking garage -- dozens of renters have access to your area. However, my biggest complaint would be the lack of electricity in the entire garage, meaning absolutely no light!!! Since this is an RV storage facility with a fairly hefty annual fee (nearly $2000), it would be nice if electrical outlets were available to trickle charge the RV batteries. read more

Blue Mountain Storage may look like some sort of prison compound with barbwire fencing and concrete structures that one would assume her things are safe inside,. Don't let that fool you... It's a little hard to keep your stuff there! For one, they secure their doors with masking tape, whoever heard of such a thing? Masking tape on storage doors, I mean really people, THINK ABOUT IT... does it sound like security to you? And I don't blame it on the staff that my little things disappeared on a bitterly cold Christmas Eve morning. Have you heard the ghost story about a hillbilly's blue balls haunting that mountain long before I was even born? Especially around the holidays, it just happens. Haunted places in Arkansans? New ownership is terrible! Paid 3 months in advance through the month of June on March 25th 2015 with previous owners and "their new systems" show that I owe $69.00 for the month of April. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The previous owners were a joy to do business with but this verbally aggressive and ignorant asshole is a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and poor business. I have been renting space at this location for almost 5 years because there is nothing else as close and that's the only reason I've stayed this long. I had a large motorhome in there for 3 years and now my boat. There is no lighting inside the large units and no electricity to keep your batteries charged. The large units have no walls between units so there's not much security due to so many having access to your stored property. In just over a year my rent went from $125 to $185 and starting February 1st it'll be $260 which is very high for what you get! Superior Storage just bought them out and I guess being a long time occupant means little or nothing! The people that owned the business when I started there were very nice but when these larger companies buy people out it all about the dollar! I will be moving my boat elsewhere due to the high cost! read more
