I had Jason bid a project to level my basement floor and install a new tile floor. They proceeded to grout the tile and then didn't come back the next day to wipe down the tiles to remove the excess grout so the tiles have a horrible film over them. Jason said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but now will not reimburse me for the money I spent with them or the materials I bought so I can have the floor redone by someone that knows what they are doing. He bid this project for 4 days and it was over 4 months before I finally told them to stop doing anything else because they haven't done anything at all correctly.
