I'll start off by saying that they quoted me $200 less than any other tax service around. That should have hinted to me, but I proceeded to give them a chance. We went to the address for this company. It was a house, which is fine. But there was no business sign. We stood at the front door knocking. No one answered (we had an appointment). I called, they said come on in. I opened the front door halfway and was like uh.. "hello??". He said come around back of the house. We decided to leave because we were a little sketched out, and didn't want to give these people all of our personal information. If this is a legitimate business, they should have a sign. I couldn't find them on BBB. And they should greet customers if there is a confusing way of coming to the house. read more

I think I made a good choice on Superior Tax Services. 1. They gave replies very quickly. Normally within a couple of hours my questions will be answered.; 2. The charge is reasonable; 3. For some complex issues, they tried to get solid and verified sources to answer my questions. I really appreciate this point. 4. They tried to be flexible to meet your requirements. If your tax situation is simple, then I think software is a good choice and will save you money. But if the situation is complex, to find a CPA help you will be better. read more

We have used Sultan with Superior Tax Services for 3 years now and wouldn't use any other firm. They are thorough, incredibly quick and very reasonably priced.
