I never once received regularly updates from her, in fact, I only ever got a update if I asked for one. Weeks would go by without any update or progress report of where she was at in the process. I eventually called the IRS myself and was told NOTHING had be done with my account and this was 4 months after I hired AND PAID her. She took nearly $400 from me without doing any work and has refused to contact me since. I trusted her with an extremely important tax matter and she did nothing but take my money and go radio silent. I highly recommend steering clear of Leslie Ghonheim for any accounting services!!! Do it yourself before you hire her. Worst customer service ever and you will leave disappointed!
