The first tow company dropped me after I asked if I could also ride along. After getting switched to E tow I was told 90-130 minutes but Edwin (the owner) was able to get me my tow truck in 45 minutes. His son came and I also got to catch that ride down and he was super nice. We encountered another issue when we got to the Fix It in Kearny Mesa and they were closed up so I couldn't drop off my truck. The insurance company asked if he could just quote me a difference from there to my house and they would reimburse. They were able to do it and his son got me home and I'll be able to get reimbursed soon. All in all, I'm just so thankful they came through and made that long drive. Thanks again

Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. Anyone who's dealt with AAA or towing knows how painful it can be -- long waits, inconsistent…read moreservice, and just overall stress. I almost never write reviews, but this deserves one. My Lexus wouldn't start and needed a flatbed because of a low lip kit. I lucked out getting Liberty Towing and Francisco. He called ahead, asked the right questions about clearance, and showed up clearly knowing his stuff and with the appropriate equipment. He got the car up safely and quickly -- no drama, no damage. It was efficient because he was experienced and knowledgeable (unfortunately rare and not always the case). Then I needed a second tow to a different mechanic. I reached out to Francisco directly, and he/ his company coordinated everything through AAA so that it was covered without the hassle of reimbursement, kept me updated the entire time, and even sent photos when the car was picked up and dropped off. I didn't have to wait around or deal with any hassle. He was professional, kind, and never once hinted at expecting a tip. Just solid, honest work. I never thought I'd review a towing service but truly, this team deserves recognition. Highly recommend Liberty Towing and Francisco, in particular.
