Sandoval's towing saved the day! My husband works for a car dealership that sells nostalgic race cars. We were en route to a car show with the convertible car attached to his trailer truck. The truck broke down when we got off the freeway. The alternator was done. We called Sandovals and they arrived within the hour. They were able to load our huge trailer truck and car onto their massive tow. The driver took us from Riverside to Irvine. I sat in the back of the truck and it was a bumpy ride, but we couldn't be more grateful. The price was fair and the driver was friendly. This company is rude and inconsiderate of the elderly. My mother, her sister and cousin were sitting in their car when a tow truck driver began to load their car while all 3 were sitting in the car. He began to yell at my mother and told her she couldn't park in the handicap parking. My mother is handicap. And has her handicap license. Anything to try to make money. A police report has been filed. Numerous attempts were made to the manager , Joseph and he never called me back. Trying to make fast money only by injuring 3 elderly woman. I was driving on the highway on Saturday, 8/12/23 around 12pm when my 3 month old daughter started chocking in my back seat. I quickly had to pull off the road where there was almost no room on the shoulder to even pull off and get her out of the car. This company is so helpful. I emailed them in regards to a business inquiry and they were overly helpful. Very responsive to their emails. Followed up and called me and spoke to me for over 20 minutes explaining the benefits of their company. They make it easy to have your property properly watched and protected. The fair rating would be 3.5 overall, the reason for it is that communication lacks and eta was way off. I was told that they would show up at 12 pm for example and the didn't show up until 115 pm. The price is a bit high but they did show up and finished the job. read more

My suggestion to the outfit would be tell the driver not to promise what cannot be honored. Make sure the customers vehicle is secured when at destination. Courteous dispatch staff. Busy operation. Courteous driver at time of pickup. Knew what he was doing with he hookup. He assured me not to worry that for an early morning haul he would stay with the vehicle until the shop opened and got a signature from the mechanic at the shop. I spoke to the driver when he called to report safe arrival and that he was leaving the location. It was then that he offered to show me pictures of car safely on at destination. When I reminded him of his assurances to me on pickup and asked him about keeping his word to stay until he had someone sign for the vehicle, he hung up on me. I went to the shop later that morning following the haul to speak with the mechanic. Arrived before the shop opened and found my vehicle with the door unsecured. OK I am a property manager that understands all the dots that need to be connected on commercial property for parking lot issue. Great towing service. I had to have my car towed 22 miles and they came out cheaper than my roadside which only covered 10 miles and I would have had to pay 9.99 for each mile after the 10 miles. I guess I will be changing my roadside to AAA.I was very worried about leaving my car over night in front of my mechanic's shop, but the driver informed me that they would store my car over night at their yard and take it first thing the next day to my mechanic's shop.
