I called again to ask for an estimate because I filed a small claims against the owner to have the tree removed and I know an estimate will be required. When the owner called me back, she raised her voice and said she refused to get her company involved. Even though an estimate isn't a binding contract, she said it would drag them through the mud. I've never had someone react this way. I ended up hanging up on her because she was so rude and unprofessional. I didn't sign up to be lectured nor do I need to let someone berate me! She acted like I was 5 yrs old. Said I should put myself in her shoes and she used to work for a law firm. Ok? So have I. An estimate isn't binding. And I'm taking legal action. After calling and being told of a delay due to medical circumstances (which was completely acceptable),they eventually scheduled a consultation for 2/22 at 11 am. On the day of the consultation, despite putting up a "please knock" sign on my door at 10:55, I received a text at 11:05 stating the representative had come by early (between 10:45-10:50). I was told the national cell phone outage impaired our connection. If this were the case, why would he not try again to knock on the door at the time of the appointment? I called the owner after the initial text, he admitted he did not try again at the time of the appointment. He indicated he was now headed to his next appointment at 11:05! I was very disappointed at his lack of effort, especially being that I had given him so many chances to even schedule with him. After expressing my disappointment via text, I received no response or follow-up as promised.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SHARP WASTED MY TIME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. Jose and his crew absolutely rocked. They were able to scale the large trees in my backyard, and kept the cut limbs from falling on my roof. They made quick work on my trees that needed to be cut back from the street, and cut the dead trees down without dangering other parts of my home / fence I really appreciate them cleaning up the debris around the house, including the excess leaves in the yard from the trimming.
