We were…read moretired of what we considered an inordinate amount of dust in our home though so after a lot of research on duct cleaning, and after reading several reviews on NextDoor, we decided to call Wolfcale's for more info. Randy Wolfcale provided me with indepth information on how he cleans the ducts and sent me a copy of his business insurance paperwork. I, also, checked that he is licensed in Florida and called Seniors Vs Crimes and they had no reports on him. Anyway, he was significantly less expensive than a quote that I'd received from a major company...but , he, also, wasn't one of those whole house $79 specials that we were leery of. We decided to go with Wolfcale's. He showed up early and invited us to view all phases of the cleaning so we could see what he was doing and could see ourselves all the dust, etc. We were stunned by how much dust was in our vents! He was here for five hours so he's definitely not some in/out/grab your $ type of charlatan. Randy was extremely professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. At no point did we feel like we were being scammed or that he was doing damage to our ducting. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. We will definitely call him, again, in a few years.

Very responsive and convenient! We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning. THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS! Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. They said there was no mold and the "mold smell" was from me not cleaning well. I clean all day because I have two small children and am immunocompromised. I also hire a cleaning service to come in twice monthly and get anything I could have missed. The owner or manager, Kathy, yelled at my husband on the phone telling him I was being overly dramatic then hung up on him. We ended up sending samples to a private lab and they found aspergillosis, penicillin, and cladosporium growing in our bathroom where the odor was coming from. We lived with this problem for months before we were released from our lease. The rental company is now having to do major mold remediation and tear apart the whole bathroom. Wouldn't be surprised if this review gets deleted either as Kathy has been doing such on here for a while and on BBB.
