Jerome called ahead to make certain that we would be home and showed up right on time. He made a recommendation for a particular brand. I purchased that brand from a local retailer and Jerome installed it In about an hour; it worked perfectly (and was much quieter), so I decided to replace the other, older opener, to match the new one. Jerome came back a few days later (once I had the opener in hand) and performed that work. He patiently worked with me to program the outside openers and the opener on the dash of one of our cars. He took the old openers away (without my asking). I couldn't be happier.
