A cluttered mess but worth it if having the time to look around. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about artists and instruments. Cool place for anyone who likes music stores, and especially the ones filled with assorted crap. It's probably the worst thing about it. Takes so long going through everything and you can lose track of time. Looked through a lot of rolled up posters that were wrapped in plastic. These had no labels saying what they were. Of course the staff didn't even know. This is one example of the lack of organization. Oh well, it's still cool. The prices on most things are okay. Has some pretty cool things of course. It's located at First Street and Water Street downtown. This is a pretty cluttered store but it's fun if you like this kind of stuff.

The owners are super friendly. While not the largest, it was neatly organized with a strong focus on older albums at reasonable prices. We had bought a xbox 360 and the controller that came with it had insane stick drift I took a video of it to show to the workers when my boyfriend got there, so he called and they agreed to let him replace it with another one. Needless to say this one was no better! It had corrosion all in the battery pack I took a soft q-tip to clean it out and it still did not work! I was fed up and so was he! Mind you we live an hour away! We spent 3 hours going back and forth to this location several times! Disc replay prides themselves on testing and giving you working controllers but it seems to me that they have been lazy lately and needless to say WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! If you are looking to go to a video game store consider going to disc replay in Downers Grove, they are not affiliated with them and the staff and everyone are so helpful. I even brought the busted controller in to them and they offered to replace the battery pack at no cost!

The employee asked for my email then without asking simply stated "I'm signing you up for our VIP, it's a $10 value and free for the first month. It'll save you some money on this purchase". I then asked if it automatically renewed and he said yes! I had to stop him because I always forget to do that and I honestly didn't even know how. I asked if he could walk me through how to stop the automatic renewal and he said he didn't know how to so I told him that I don't want to be signed up. If I hadn't spoken up it would have completely screwed me over. So please be careful of the thoughtless employees who don't ask and just tell you. I am not the only person they've done this to, there are other reviews stating the same. Now I have to worry about if they actually signed me up without me knowing since they did that to more than one person

Placed the order on December 9th and received confirmation that the order was expected to deliver between December 14th - 17th. The tracking kept saying that the USPS ticket had been generated but no product had been presented for delivery. Despite my inquiries, it is now December 23rd and the book has not been shipped (very disappointing) and there has been no response from Lyric Vibes. Looks like this Christmas present will not be received this year. Biblio (and apparently B & N) should be more particular about who they are doing business with. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.
