They have great products. However they ALWAYS close early. Just change your business hours at this point. Nothing more frustrating than getting off work and racing for 20 mins to this place and getting there a good 15 mins before they close just to see that they turned the lights off and locked up. They also don't really have set prices so be wary. One guy will charge one thing and next time you go in to buy the exact same product a different guy will charge you more. read more

This store is well stocked and used to have great customer service when it first opened but that has since diminished. Today, it is a group of young people hardly interested in selling anything to anyone anymore. They're too busy watching television and talking with each other to even as much as make eye contact with the customers. One of the female staff was smoking a joint in front of the shop when I arrived. I hope the management reads this, correct is and does better. read more

I ran to this store today on my lunch break to restock my vipes, both delta 8 and fruit flavored. I came in and told the guy that I never been here B4. He told me to look around, then this guy came in, he called the man by name and started helping him. I'm still waiting to be helped,. He's answering all his questions and showing him different products. Remind you that he came in after me. So I'm still waiting and getting heated. So I have to go it's now 10 mins of my lunch wasted. So I'm leaving and now 4 employees is in the store, still no help or can I help you. As I'm leaving I see another employee helping a lady that just walked into the store. Not a good look for a first time, that could of been a long time customer. What is America coming to when the employees could pick and choose who the want to serve. I WAS a frequent shopper at this vape shop, until I tried to exchange my dabbing device that was $150. I bought it last week and used it for a week and then it stopped turning on. I went back to the store and the manager was not helpful at all. Told me to contact the manufacturer for return or refund. How about the place I bought it from send it back to the manufacturer. I was a customer of this shop, not a customer of the manufacturer. I paid this shop for a product that stopped working after a week. The manager was rude with no sort of customer service skills whatsoever. He asked me if it was working when I bought it. Well, yes it worked when I bought it. I could see if it was a month since I bought it, but a week??!! I am a 49 year old professional and this guy treated me like I was a punk kid. I cannot believe that someone entrusted this guy to "manage" their business. Don't waste your time at this place. Very poor customer service skills and very high prices. (They should cost less than $4 a box.)But with the traffic as bad as it is, I paid the almost $8 and left. I stopped in one more time, hoping the price would be the normal price....NO WAY!! Matter of fact, This time, the price was $10!!! No price tag on the box, the sales guy says "he remembers that the price is $10 BUCKS!" I'll Never go back! I'd suggest you never go in! read more
