I called to see what they could do but they said they can't do anything because I walked out of store already. They did ask me to try it before I leave but I've never had issues with vapes ever until now. I spend a lot of money here so I feel that they should do something about it. It's very upsetting because vapes are not cheap and after spending that money and they don't work and the store is not going to do anything about it. If they will not do anything then I'll just take my business elsewhere

I went to the Huebner Rd location on Tuesday morning, 9/27/23. I usually buy disposable vapes from them with no problems at all. However, I bought two of the Esco brand disposable vapes and one but BOTH of them broke within less than five minutes of taking them out of the package. I barely got five puffs of both of them. Tried to charge them but they STILL did not work. I spoke to an employee, who only offered me 10% on my next purchase. Why would I buy from a company that takes my money, sells me a defective product, only to offer 10% off the next purchase? So they can see me MORE defective products?? Never again!! They screwed me over and they WILL screw you over too! Don't do business with Hazel Sky! You will get ripped off!! read more

I absolutely adore this place! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Rem! She is awesome! You walk in and feel right at home. Expensive! First of all if you're looking for Vape Stay away they don't seem to know much about vape. Way over priced compared to the internet. I know that I will pay more in a vape shop but nearly twice as much. The staff was nice but I was looking for vape stuff and they didn't know much and they want way more than some places right up the road. read more

I'm fucking 33yrs old and happened to forget my wallet but had I picture of my id front and back for some paper work i had file. I figured you could type in my id number for verification. But nope fucking sticklers over here, not stopping what so ever again. read more
