Ross was thorough, pleasant, patient, informative and kind on the phone! When I arrived, Dave took care of me at the Range counter and he was SOOOO informative. He gave me so much great information and again was super patient with all of my questions. Mike did my 30 minute session and honestly, minus the arsenal on this mans waist, I just wanted to give him a big hug. What a kind soul who can probably shoot the peen off of an ant at 50 yards. #inreallife. So I wouldn't suggest the whole hug thing, but he IS my new best friend in my head. Not just because he told me what an amazing job I did, but because from his thorough teaching manner, to the exercises he instructed me through, and his obvious concern for my safety, I felt cared for. The facility is beautiful and the staff are well qualified and very welcoming. I will take my new best friend Mike's advice and be a once a week customer. I quadruple LOVED my visit from the intro video, to Dave showing me how to sign up for classes online, to my active range time....the process is easy, and the pricing is great for range time, targets and ammo. I didn't have time to look at the gun selections, but from what I did have chance to gander, it is impressive. Wide array of firearms for sale and large cache of handguns to rent/try on range. Definitely a membership preferred pricing arrangement. It's a bit expensive to drop in as a non member, in my opinion. But, I'm comparing It to outdoor ranges in South Georgia that' are less expensive. There are multiple memberships available. Reminds me of a golf club I belonged to for many years. If you want to use the range once or twice a week membership is the way to go. My permanent residence is 4 hours away in another state and I'm here for a few months. Like some Golf Clubs do, they might consider offering out of state memberships or temporary memberships for part time residents. I'd have spent a lot more time (and time is money) there if they did. It's an active operation offering training and special events (competitions) that sound like fun.
